Mostly ppl who say that it is a good place, are no one else but the staff members.Ive been there and hated their service. The computer area is small and congested. Once, a box fell over me and instead of apologising, the rude manager took it and left. The photocopy guy is too rude and doesnt talk nicely. They tend to suggest models according to their availability and you can never get colored print outs is high quality . Nice area in front of the store, inside it is chaos.

The number they have given on google whenever u will call to enquire any product that one stupid guy picks the call and say we dont have the product.. Even they have in stock.. I think their one night success is on their head.. Dont forget we are a customers if we can rise u , so we can also put you on earth.. Treat ur every customer at the fullest..

Very worse experience on this. I got my laptop repaired. I asked them at the time of giving laptop that check it throughly. Whatever they told, I said yes and paid money. Great experience. Almost all computer related services are available. Rates for print outs are very low as compared to other cyber cafes. Mobiles and their accessories are also available. I got tempered glass for all the phones in my home from here only. Laptop and computer servicing/repairing is also available and is satisfactory. Place can be a little bit too crowded sometimes but otherwise its all good.

Very bad experience with laptop repair. Repaired Dell laptop two times in 1 week time but still it didnt last more than 3 days. Finally this shop told me to scrap tha laptop as it cant be repaired now. When I took the same laptop in nearby Vaishali for repair, they repaired it in less than 1 hr with new IC and it is working fine from last 2 month.
