I had a good relation for over couple of years with this outlet but as they say, the customer service reality is know when customer faces any issues.I bought a costly 1000 Rs S8 cover from them and within 6 days it started deteriorating and its leather started coming off. Based on the fact that I never faced any issues with their products in past and that they seemed to be good people I reached out to them with the problem. I showed them the condition of the cover in just 6 days and requested them for a change. Also I did not ask for a refund and told them that if it would have been over a month probably I wouldnt have bothered them but a week is too less for a product to go bad. Instead of replacing it for penny to penny the owner asked me for 600 Rs for a replacement stating that it would allow him prevention from loss. But for me it meant additional 600 over 1000 rs that I had already paid to get the replacement. Strange!I am never going to go back to this store ever in Gzb. There are others who are better and at least value their customers. I am not sure what they would do after selling products like iPhone etc. Customer is at huge risk buying from them.
