Awesome food and awesome service ! been a loyal customer since they opened in vasundhara and he food continues to be mouth wateringly delicious. overall a very nice experience and very economical. ! will surely recommend this place to anyone who has a sweet toothband is looking ways to fill that craving. will be great if i see it near rajnagar too !

I had to review this place because since moving to Delhi/NCR a few weeks ago, I haven’t had the best customer service experiences. However, I have visited at the Belgian Food Factory two times now and each time I have been impressed with the food and especially with their outstanding customer service. I don’t have this chain back home and was pleasantly surprised after trying it out. I am really happy to have had such a positive experience. The waffles are delicious and so is the ice cream!
