One of the worst hotels I have ever been.. I brought my friend there as a Visitor to meet for 2 hrs they started saying that visitors are not allowed. This is the first time I have met a hotel where visitors are not allowed. There washroom didnt have a lock even. The room was booked for 3 people but the bed was given of 2 people. If you are giving the bed for 2 people then why are you even charging for the third person. the complaint was made on the reception for the third bed and then they put a bed with matterress. The Room had no space to walk when the third bed was put. The washroom had used shower gel. No one was there to listen. Even at thee reception they all were so rude. We asked the guys to give us plate and fork and just imagine that it took 45 min and 2 followups for them to get us the cutlery. We left for some visits and asked them to clean the room while we come back. When we came back after 5 hrs, the room was not cleaned. The room was smelling and no one looked into it. We spoke to the reception and again it took 30 min for them to reach our room and clean. This is the last visit to Golden Tulip. Worst Service and Worst Experience. I wont recommend anyone to go there. Waste of money and energy! Pathetic experience.

They had great food. You should book their BREAKFAST ANd Dinner Combo and see how tasty their food is. You can not imagine Tawa Roti but they have itI loved my Stay and I highly recommend it :)

Wonderful stay with golden tulip . I was there for 7 days with my office team for a training session . Kind of service which they offered was really amazing. Very cooperative staffs must say specially bablu from fnb and Deepak also from fnb . Also would like to thank Krishna from HK for keeping the room super clean and cozy... felt like home for few days . Thankyou

The place is good to hold a small gathering, also looked good to host small weddings. The food was good. Vallet parking was available for our event. Washroom was also clean. A few things missing like dustbins or any place to keep dirty dishes. Pasta stall was outside the hall so some people missed it. Nothing major, just small stuff.

We liked everything about the hotel. We have asked for room decorations for bday celebration which was great. From Ambience to staff. Food was great too. The only issue was with AC which also got resolved. Would recommend this. All the precautions were taken.

Horrible experience. The person at reception was so rude. For water you have to call dinning 4-5 times. Check also take about 1/2 hour.

Rooms were great, however lot of inconvenience caused, had to wait as there is no two wheeler parking and guard also didnt allow us to enter the premises. Food was OK.

Amazing property! Very much like a 4 star! Stayed in it during cousins wedding and loved it! The morning buffet was amazing ,with varities from dosa, idli to eggs to order, sausages etc. The staff is courteous yet in a hurry to get done with work, wasnt happy with the housekeeping in particular. I appreciate the gesture by the staff of sending a safety pin across when it was required.

Very poor staying experience.. the door lock system is very undisturbing, every time card gets rejected and we hv to run to reception to get it activated. In this chilling winter the ac buttons are not working properly so we were unable to put it off and over and above the blanket quality was very poor. We were shaking at night.Staffs are not friendly and services are very slow.Only thing that i liked is the chinese food they serve..it tastes awesome

Hotel is good. Its located outskirts of new Delhi, at Ghazihabad. Its located at Vasundhara. I understand from others that its mid of many tourists spot hence the hotel fully occupied with foreigners and other touristers. Rooms and other services are good. buffet is also good reasonable, you cannot think for big spread, along with that you can move to Gym, swimming pool,etc. For corporate they are providing lot of options - i recommend strongly for Corporate stay. Major constraint is that there is no mall or other hangout near hotel , need to travel for minimum 3 to 5 km.

We came here to relax. Hence number one priority is peace. Day one, due to a party at the banquet hall at the 11th floor the music disturbed us till 1215 in the night.Day 2, started with mind blowing breakfast with excellent variety. I was surprised to get my morning favourite, the beneficial fenugreek seeds water.... Yes true, with this this makes the restaurant different.. South Indian and western delicacies were delicious. I throughout enjoyed my breakfast with a tea at last to end my morning.Overall: missed the swimming pool as it was under maintenance and repair, didnt get a chance to enjoy here.The gym was closed cant enter the same on the 11th floor.The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful.The three stars were due to the food and staff.Downgraded experience.. for swimming pool, noisy room and unable to use gym.

Our relatives had booked this hotel for us to attend a family marriage, on 02 Dec-2019, my son came out of the hotel with leather backpack containing valuables, that included Indian passport with valid UAE Residence/employment visa, UAE driving licence, UAE Bank debit and credit cards, cash worth 70, 000/= ( INR, AED and USD currency) Apple watch, power bank, many other important things, the bag was kept on the left hand side of the valet parking. The driver brought the CAR and my son unfortunately forgot to carry the bag and left for the marriage. By the time he realized that he had left he bag at the door entrance, it was too late. Becoz by the time he returned to the hotel someday had managed the bag and left. The worst part was that the area was not covered by CCTV and it was impossible to look for the culprit. The Hotel management initially did not cooperate, but when our local relatives came they changed their colours. But it was a futile exercise by them. After talking to the hotel management it looked like that they never seemed concerned that an important part of the main entrance to the hotel including the metal detector machine is not covered by the CCTV. For us it looked like an insider job, who knew very well that this part is not captured by the CCTVAny how we lost our PP, cash, and other valuables worth more than one lakh indian rupees. the whole security of the guests put up in the hotel looks to be in jeopardy, as very important areas are not being covered and any dangerous incident can take place and this hotel management will not have any CCTV footage to catch the culprits. even after coming to know this the hotel management was least bothered and it business as usual for them.That;s it I wanted to share my experience so that others can be more careful while booking hotel accommodation in this hotel., We have definitely learned our Lessons.

When you enter the lobby you cant make out that the hotel is good n comfortable with everything one needs, when away from home, is in place.Experienced Chef Vijay Thakur was quite enthusiastic and dished out some of their signature dishes and offered some fusion food with his creativity. Amuse bouche served were (Cold soup) as Pineapple Rasam And coconut & Apple mix and served in cute little cup with saucers n was quite appealing.‌Broccoli & almond soup with creamy n healthy, Tamatar Tulsi shorba was yummilicious.Had tasted a variety of Starter like Reshmi Murgh tikka n‌Basil fish tikka with freshness of basil. Wok tossed diced chicken with five spice was a nice thai starter which we liked.‌Mattar anjeer ki Shammi looked great and Paneer tikka tartlet was nice n innovative. Crispy tofu with BBQ Sauce was another great dish we liked.Main Course was nice combination of chicken Armenian, Nalli Rogan Josh Kashmiri style and quite flavorful, Dal Tadka had the aroma of spices. Palak tamatar ki Bhurji was another unique creation and Paneer Dingari Dolma was tasty. Overall a nice satisfying meal.Ended our meal on a sweet note with nice soft Gulab jamun and Chocolate truffle cake.Team headed by GM Harsh Sharma is quite hospitable n courteous and I wish them all the very best.

From Vineet and Reji(our functions manager) and special mention to Vineet(our decorator) they are very courteous person. They contacted us and replied, arranged everything for us on time. The food and the ambience was just godly experience. Love to associate with them in the near future as well.

Great stay with excellent staff and all facilities. Though food items are expensive as a glass of milk cost me Rs.225.00Great atmosphere and excellent location.

My stay was wonderful. This place was so quiet and relaxing. Room service was great. food was delicious and not so expensive still there were few things that I didnt like 1) While entering the hotel nobody checked our bags. 2) Mattress of our room was not so comfortable. As a customer I suggest you guys to use high resistance mattress. Things other than that were up to the mark. I will definitely visit this place again. ☺ï¸

Overall its a good option at a very reasonable rate.As compared to others.ProsThe whole Staff is greatLocation is ok and easily approachable.Neat and clean rooms.Noiseless environment.Clean and carpeted corridors.Food and hospitality is good.ConsNo views from the hotel.Placed in Industrial Area type location.Dont expect an upscale crowd.Buffet is not elaborate, lesser variety.1 veg & 1 non veg snack in dinner.Non veg section needs improvement.Swimming pool is ok but I personally feel that water needs to be treated.I DEVELOPED SKIN ITCHING AND EYE IRRITATION IMMEDIATELY AFTER ENTERING POOL.OVERALL GREAT OPTION IN THIS PRICEHOSPITALITYFOODROOMSPOOL

Overall nice, clean and comfy. Pool is also nice. Shower was not always running hot, sometimes you would need to leave it to run for a long time to get hot water 🚿 Breakfast was just ok. I would deem this a good 3star but not 4star hotel.

Golden Tulip Vasundhara, easy to locate, little inside to the main road in Gaziabad. Surrounded by Appartments, small lobby with approx eighty rooms with expansion plans. Multicuisine, approx seventy covers Restaurant, Capers on second floor is spacious and bright with  natural lights. Lobby is not so impressive, but the rooms and restaurant is nice.Chef Vijay Thakur presentedAmuse bouche as Cold soup‌ Pineapple Rasam and‌coconut & Apple soup. Best thing about Hotel is its staff, who are absolutely prompt in providing whatever help n support one asks for.Hotel is peaceful n very very quiet.Rooms are spacious and quite modern.Flip side is - There is not much space to stack up clothes. There is more space for stacking up luggage but not much room to hang clothes.Simple aminities like tissue papers, hair dryer etc need to be asked for. These were not kept in room.Buffet breakfast taste n variety needs to be improved.

Awesome experience we had. If you are traveling to delhi with family then this is the hotel to stay in. Neat cozy rooms,clean washrooms, courteous staff, delicious food.. I head there for a dinner buffet. The food was awesome. Being a vegan at times I m not with many options.. but here I had a full plate of a duo of dal and a verity of salads and much more worth trying

This is not a bad property in terms of room size. The upkeep, the staff and the food though are another story. I was given a room on the 3rd floor with a racket going on above it. After repeated complaints the room was changed at 5 am! The breakfast menu was unvarying over three days and the food was cold too. In room dining calls were repeatedly passed around as no one seemed to have an idea about the dishes on the menu. Highly avoidable, especially if you are on a work trip.

Worst hotel I’ve e stayed in. 
- The lock housing was exposed meaning it wasnt difficult to break into our room. 
- Hot water constantly running out.
- No ventilation in bathroom (extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower.
- Beds were extremely uncomfortable.
- Fridge was dirty and horrible and even it wasn’t working properly.
- Hotel staff was too rude and arrogant and uneducated and doesn’t know how to deal with their guest ( including laundry staff and Manager and General Manager)-this hotel have a protocol that if a guest doesn’t open their room early in 10a.m in the morning after 3 door bell rings then their staff can enter into’s guest room by using their master keys. So the same happened with us, their staff entered into a room early in morning while guest was asleep by using his master key and when we objected the same their staff told us that this is their policy to get into room after 3 door bell. when we complained about the same to their higher authorities they said they have this protocol and this act is not acceptable is any ways by any one. No person has right to breach individual’s privacy.. 

I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude staff .If you are not majorly botherd by the cleanliness of your room and want a cheap place to lay down, like to stay in the hotel all day + night and sunbathe by the pool and drink at the hotel bar all this is the place for you. However if you are more the adventurous type, care about cleanliness, like to eat out and want to explore without feeling youre being monitored ‘DO NOT STAY’.Will surely serve this hotel with a legal notice for breaching individual’s privacy.PATHETIC HOTEL AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD.THE STAY WAS NOT VALUE FOR MONEY.NO SECURITY, NO SAFETY AS THEY GET INTO YOUR ROOMS BY USING THEIR MASTER WHENEVER THEY WANT EVEN WHEN A COUPLE IS ENJOYING THEIR LOVE MOMENTS. SUCH A PATHETIC HOTEL AND THEIR PATHETIC SOPs.

Its a four star hotel. Rooms are OK. I think price is bit high. Payed 3500 a day without any complementry services. They didnt even recharge the Tata sky so for me it was a OK type experience.

Hotel is nice, courteous staff. Few improvements required:- There were frequent power cuts during the whole night and day as well.- Chekin and chekout process was quite time taking. Had to wait for more than 20 mins to checkin.- Bit expensive compared to amenities and room quality, as i booked for 3160.Otherwise its good.Was safe and clean

Nyc experience

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, as it was a worst experience for me. When I ask for the room slipper, they told me this os on the chargable basis. I have stayed in so many hotels all over India and also in some international hotels, but this is the only hotel who is charging for this basic necessity, otherwise, this is already availble in rooms. After that, I ordered a food from outside. I asked the reception to please send the delivery to my room through bell boy, they have straight forward denied and said you have to collect it by yourself. On my returning to the room, General Manager, Mr.Harsh met me and discussed me about the slippers. He was really very rude person I have ever met in any 4 star or 5 star property. He literally said, this is not the luxurious property, thats why you have to pay for the slippers. GM of the hotel should be polite, but he was showing his arrogance due to his post. Last, in rooms, washroom do not have hair dryers. Due to the GMs behaviour, I checked out the same day eveining and went to different hotel that time.

The hotel is very nice n comfertable.All staff members r very help full rooms are very spacious,neat, clean and well equipped with all necessary travellers needs...The toilets r big & very clean The lobbies are big...Food is So So......Over all very gud experience and would prefer to stay again .....

Neat and clean rooms and best hospitality.

My stay was like very short n quick..... Not stayed for a long but in short time I can say the ambience and infrastructure was cool.... Though room service was bit slow as it takes a hour to bring ice cube in the room by the kitchen staff ...and that too after making a couple of calls ...very annoying . Dont go there if you have exact booking amount of room terrif because they will charge you with the advance security amount which you will get back once you checking out.You know hotel policy.....

I was the regular customer of Golden Tulip, but from few weeks the staff is behaving in very rude and annoying manner.Highly disappointed seriously.I used to recommend to many people.These managers should learn how to behave with customers.Or else i surely take some action against.

The place is really nice at par or greater than 5 star experience. It is a serene since it is a bit separated from the main road. The interiors are absolutely plush so is the food and service. It has all necessary facilities like valet, restaurant, wedding hall etc. Service staff is nice and polite!

This is the worst experience in last 15yrs of my travel. 1. I have been asked to keep a security deposit of RS.2000 even when I have booked with full payment. it was feeling like I was a theif.2. I have ordered for 4 bottles of Mineral water, the room service person has asked me this will be chargeable basis.Water has been served after 45 mins after repeated follow up requests. And when waiter has delivered the bottles he again asked me this will be charged. when I told I have be informed by room service, he replied Room service manager has asked him again to inform.3. Room service is pathetic. you will never get your orders delivered before 50-55 mins even if it is a masala papad.4. Food is highly costilier, comparing to quantity and quality from equal level hotels.
