This service centre is fraud. They take your TV and will not return. They promised to repair my TV in two days and its been 2 weeks they are not even providing any update. This Vinay Electronics is a team of FAKES and FRAUDS. I am going to complaint against them. You will keep calling them and nobody picks up the call and if someone picks after 100s of calls then you will not get any satisfactory response. These people are like they are saying indirectly to us do whatever you want to do we will not give your TV to you at any cost. THESE FRAUDS do not deserve even a single star. There is only half an hours of work required for my TV repair as it is simply panel change needed. They confirmed to me they have the panel and will replace and give TV back next day only. But already 2 weeks passed and still I neither got my TV back nor any satisfactory response. They are just fooling their customer every time.

One of the most unprofessional technician I have ever came across, the owner is blatant lier and never replies to your queries. The worst person I have ever met in my life. My experience was a eye opener and I will never suggest anyone to take the advise from this guy. I only have this platform for other people who should not fall in trap of other reviews and fake ratings. I will soon take legal recourse against this guy for breach of contract, misrepresentation of facts and denial in repairing the electronic despite providing one month warranty.
