Food is alright. Ambience is great. Price is pretty reasonable. But they really need to work on their customer service, like really.

This place located in RDC in place of mr brown bakery. This place is really hygienic and you can find variety of cake ,biscuits and lots of gift variety. This place is not that expensive as there quality is nice the price are fullfill it.

I hit up this place for coffee and conversation with my friend last Saturday. As you enter the place you are welcomed by a very calm and visually comforting setting and very amicable host, Mr.Shubham. My friend and I chose to sit near the window where we enjoyed the amazing view of the street with our delicious coffee, while having some great conversations. There are plenty of food and drinks option to try here so if you are looking for a place to spend some fun time with your family and friends, this is the place to be.Overall, I loved the experience and would definitely recommend ‘thee gravity to everyone.

Customised cake made of three different layers and I loved it, not me only everyone who had the bite of that cake asked me for more bites.In my opinion 5 stars are less for their work that they have done.

This place really needs people to make up a good ambience. The place itself is neat and well built, theyve put some smart tricks for customer handling. Ground floor is the bakery and 1st floor is the seating area.

Booked it for an anniversary event, everything was arranged on time and better than expected. The food was good in taste and they maintained hygiene also, the staff is cooperative and behaved well.

If possible avoid the place for cakes. Packaging was not at all done properly.

Good place for customised cakes, but not good for partys as the service is super slow

They are good time cheaters and thugs. Be careful when your bill is with you. They may add extra cost and then will argue with you as you already had that food.

Worst experience,service was also v poor ,they r making only fool in unlimited kids birthday menu , ten times when I asked then they r providing cold drink etc. in unlimited kids menu which charge RS 450 per child ,party time was till 6 pm ,but they send their outside customer 5:45 pm , they also charged for BIRTHDAY Girl who r milk feeding ,and brought feeder from their house , Disappointed 🤭
