Please avoid this place. Theyve put up a facade and make you feel like its the best place in the world for your pet but theyre just there for the money and dont care about what happens to your pet. My dog suffered a cut one time but I thought it was excusable but the next time my dog was just there for the bath and when I picked him up he was in a very bad state. He was scared and shivering and crying and didnt eat almost anything for 5 days. I had to take him to a vet and get him treated. Their staff is extremely unprofessional and will treat your pet like a toy if they want to.Wont recommend this place to anyone, your pet isnt safe with them.

Worst store!Its a fools paradise. This Petstreet at Indirapuram is good at fooling people and sucking them dry. Pathetic service and the exorbitant price of the products, making it an undesirable place for genuine pet lovers. All the positive feedback you see are nothing but a fallacy. Do not fall for the positive reviews given by their friends about the Petstreet store in Indirapuram is nothing but a SHAM. If you love your pet genuinely then ignore this SHAM.

It’s always been my go to place for last 5-6 years now.. I still remember when I took Casper there for the first time. Shalini ji and her family is just so helpful. Thanks to busy office schedule when I’m not able to visit store, she is nice enough to get the stuff delivered at home. And yes, the monthly grooming of Casper keeps him handsome 😊

They have huge range of products with affordable price. Very reliable and great in service... salesmans are also very kind.

Really irritating experience. I spoke to rajesh on phone, and i found him rude as i wanted to buy labra but was confused with few small breeds. He said first that there is no delivery you will have to come to which i said to share your location, he said i cant give you my location unless we have labra. I could hv bought some other breed but he seems less interested in guiding you anything. If before sales service is like this then i can only imagine after sales service.

Absolutely unprofessional and not reliable ... I feel that they just want to make money and not care about what actually happens to our beloved pets. The owners dont respond and they are very casual in their approach. My pet was given back to me in such a horrible state, he suffered injuries because some other dog tried to attack him!! Will never recommend this place to anyone. I really regret paying these guys the full amount. Even after seeing what happened with my dog, they were very casual and said that he would get better. I will have to get my pet checked from our veterinarian to see the level of damage that has happened!!

Best part of this shop is that they love the dogs. So you can trust them that they will take care of ur pets as you do.

Variety of dog supplies such as doog food, collars, dog houses, grooming kit, pet vipes, toilet training kit, and everything beyond your imagination.They even treat the street dogs if they found someone needy on streets free of cost.Our dog MOMO is a regular customer of Pet Street.The vet doctor is super cooperative here with amazingly friendly staff to help you with every pet query.Everything is PAWSSIBLE to find here.I am attaching few pictures, also my dog taking spa 😁😁

Very nice place for all pets requirements, they got a large varieties of all stuff like eat ables, treet, toys, bedding and other accessories. Owner is very hepful and explain in details and suggest. They have a cafe also in the back where one can walk with pets and enjoy some snacks. They have separate menu for pets which has starters, main course and desserts. There is separate menu for owners too. Its a very good idea to walk with pets inside and enjoy snacks. They have fishes aquarium also. They are planning for a full spa for pets. Pet Doctor is available in evening.

Not worth, Dont go for grooming even if you are going for that keep an eye on your pet what they are doing as I visited twice and my dog started vomitting badly both days. I wouldnt recommend this place. They have goos collection though but price are way too much high. Still if you love your kid then price is not a challange. But after every grooming my dog started vomiting. Even one time its ear was bleeding as I think they have done the cleaning very badly.If you love your kid never visit this place with your kid as they will make sure your kid should get some kind of health issue.

Petstreet has every product which is useful .the only drawback due to which I deducted one point is there price. Their experience on pet products and pet handling is awesome and appreciable but only thing which is not affordable to a middle class pet owner is the price. They should make more economical packages for grooming section and products.

I ordered a chicken cake for the first time for my babys birthday but when I opened his mouth , he smelled and ran away. I have one more dog, he also didnt taste it. It was a full money wastage plus my and family mood got spoiled after this incident .So I request all the people who want to buy a dogs cake and that too chicken please dont buy it. Its worthless and time killing.
