I was a regular customer of Nisha Cake studio ever since they have their previous shop as well. There cakes and patties are delicious.It is very expensive, but still in front of taste and designs one might actually give them what they ask for.From past times, experience is degrading due to poor owner attitude. Yesterday for my father birthday i bought cake and along with it I asked specifically for Happy birthday and 50 number balloon of the same size. Instead they gave me different sizes. Without opening I immediately went back and asked that by mistake i have been given wrong size so please replace it and the lady owner completely disagreed. She mentioned we dont have any other size, I asked can you refund(₹480/- for balloons?) since i asked for same size and the fault was from their end she mentioned we wont do any refund, for same money buy something else. The tone and the attitude she showed was completely unacceptable.Also, the cake prices are way too different when you buy it from lady owner and her husband.She mentioned a price of cake (Pilot cake in picture) ₹2700/- and same cake her husband gave me in ₹1600/- (for a 800gm cake) so if you are visiting make sure you ask her husband for prices as lady owner give way to high prices.I was a regular customer here but her attitude has changed alot in recent years and she misbehave on regular basis now hence it was my last thing I bought from them. Maybe growing business has brought this change in their attitude.

Highly disappointed. Rates are too high. Worst experience ever. I bought 3 pastry which are very expensive. Taste is also not so good & most important thing, I got the cakes in this condition....

Pathetic i ordered a black forest cake with a simple design they charged me 750 for that I asked them to keep cake ready at 11 am even after confirming on phone at 1.30 also they asked me to wait for 20 min I did that too when we open cake it was separated from base tray the shape was damaged n above that it was smelling very bad giving an impression of stale cake they failed in every dept it was just a sugary stuff the occasion was very important for me n more than that the person I was highly dissapointed this cake spoiled my special day dont order from this bakery ever they are over prized, unprofessional worst cake I ever saw I felt so embarrassed infront of my frnd i wish i can rate them below 0

Dnt deserve any star.. the cake was a disastrousNo one eat it due to the weird smell in itEven the kids didnt like it and Rudra was not at all happy seeing the cake since it was not all all like we ordered or expected.We have to waste the full cake which charged me 1350/-This service was not all expected from you and it was an embarrassment in front of my guest.

A small bakery situated in the market area.They dont have ambiance as such or sitting area to have something.Food is not that great. If we talk about sandwich or pastry they all comes in average category.Service is quick but less variety and not that much hygienic.Price - They have a separate menu for customers who order via apps. Where they CHARGE EXTRA.

Best bakery in Indirapuram. They provide designer cake of any design within 1 hour at reasonable price.. You dont have to order 1 or 2 days early u jst need to go and place ur order of any cake and enjoy ur occasion. Quality and taste wise its superb..

Did not get what I have ordered.They have done modifications by themselves, and then not ready to listen.Dont expect the same cake if you are thinking to make it customized because they are going to do modifications by their own.Never going to buy anything from here.Moreover they were very rude.
