This is an Italian bakery that is quite clean inside. It has a good selection of breads, cookies, cakes, some chocolates of different varieties kept on wooden shelves. The fresh cakes section is not upto mark with basic choices. A cafeteria serves patties, puffs and baked breakfast items which are a mix of good and bad as taste goes. A seperate kitchen counter has pastas, subs, salads, burgers, sandwiches and beverages.Though expensive the kitchen delicacies are good. Around the payment area near the entrance exotic and branded snacks, sweets and beverages were available.Amongst the staff, some were groomed others looked scruffy and lost. We sat there a little and beggars were peering inside cupping their hands to stare on us from the window glass gesturing us for food or money. It was very uneasy. We ended up paying one. Also, there were a lot of flies on the tables.As we left rain had stopped and many odd people could be seen at the exit door and sleeping on the street making the location of the bakery seem all wrong.

If you are thinking to visit this place. Than you should try there panner or corn sub. Youll love it and its very healthy...... loved it

Mr. Brown is really a good place for snacks, bakery, confectionery items. I like their combos. Extremely delicious food with proper hygiene. Reasonable rates.

There are a variety of items here.Variety of snacks include patties, sandwiches, puffs and there are some delicious desserts as well- croissants, cinnamon rolls, cream rolls, cakes , pastries.There are also different types of breads one can fine here.Apart from these items There are speciality cookies 🍪, some sugar free items as well.There are also gift hampers that are readily available here ranging from 600-6000.Nowadays, the seating is limited to just the ground floor and it is open for takeaways all days.Digital payment methods are also accepted here.

Mr Brown is our go to place for all our exotic bakery supplies. All it’s breads are very fresh and uniques. Their pastries are really good too specially Fruit Pastry and Butterscotch Pastry. Patties are also really amazing specially mushroom patties.

Never disappointed when I stop at Mr. Brown. Ive got birthday cakes, cupcakes, cookies and brownies there over the years, it’s all fresh and delicious. The employees are friendly and courteous. Fortunately, during the previous visit I met Mr. Deeptanshu Batra (area manager). It was lovely meeting him. As a foodie, I am always curious to know about things. He was humble & professional. He answered all my questions.Glad to be a regular customer!

A very clean and well served place, with near to rapid service. Right below the Kaushambi Metro station, so a very feasible place for anyone. The variety and the taste of the confectionery food items is worth the trip and the cost. Butterscotch pastry is a splendid delight. The Roasted Tikki Cheeseburger is way better than than any other cheeseburger you will eat anywhere along with the Chilli Cheese Pizza and the Veg Salad.As a local, after this place opened I realized the difference between a best quality fresh loaf of bread and an average quality one. I stopped buying Harvest Gold or Britannia after tasting from here. The bread loaf, the burger buns, the paav, they are so fresh and clean. Mr Brown is one of the very old bakeries. Ordered food online, the delivery was on time and the packaging was good too. Their exotic pizza and garlic bread are a must have.Overall it’s a nice outlet with variety of cakes and pastries.Recommended!!

There is a seating arrangement as well and one can get great collection of delicious cakes along with other baked products including breads and snacks . The cookies are great too . This outlet is located under kaushambi metro station Ghaziabad . Very accessible and the avg cost of dining for two people comes out to be approx 500rs . Mr. Brown, funny name, is a bakery which started back 4-5 years back and opened its first outlet here.It offered good variety of cakes, pastries, snacks, breads and biscuits. Also offers various sauces, drinks and doritos.Their subway and garlic bread is really good. The cakes on display are very limited and sometimes you might not get enough choices but if you preorder then it ll better.They have sitting area on the 2nd floor. One can meet there for coffee or something.Their cookies are quite good and they have a huge variety of them. Breads are also good and mostly fresh. They also provide Pita bread which is not very common for a bakery.It’s right under Kaushambi Metro station and has outlets like Dominos, McDonald’s, Shree Ratnam and green leaf. So after dinner you can move to Mr. Brown for desserts.

Its a good place for bakery items, and to delight the sweet tooth. But not for as a eating outlet, there is no proper place to sit, unmanaged food outlet. But the Best place to pack up some yum pastries or cake breads for your home. I bought half kg Red Velvet Cake yesterday , it turns out that cake is not fresh at all and was smelly and sticky. It was yuck in taste. My whole family are having loose motions since last. I would really suggest to check and smell cake before buying. Because they dont care about our health.

Very bad experience!Firstly they don’t bill you unless you provide your mobile number. Privacy can go find food somewhere else.Secondly, my food was ready and kept on counter to be called but the staff was busy gossiping and didn’t care to call even after 10 minutes. I had to ask if this food is mine and take it before it gets cold.The staff is arrogant to understand customers and literally asked me to go somewhere else if I don’t want to provide my phone number as it is company policy to not serve anyone without providing phone number.I recommend never to visit this place.

Love this place. They have a wide variety of cakes and chocolates . It seems they use fresh ingredients. You can also go there with your family and you can also take their chocolates for gift purposes. We are sure that ones you visit there you gets crazy with their cake collections and Their quick bites are just finger licking.

Products, taste and quality is good, though bit expensive. I have visited multiple times, staff is courteous n friendly too..

We were planning to have a theme-based cake to celebrate a special occasion. We spoke to a few cake shops in the vicinity, but could not get a satisfactory response from any of them. We were not confident whether any of these will be able to produce cake of desired shape and size. We spoke to a few friends and they mentioned that Mr. Brown is matchless in this regard and we went to check it out. Parking was not a problem as paid parking space was available there under the elevated Metro line.We went inside and simply loved the layout, fragrance, service, promptness and entire look and feel of the place. The manager gave us a catalogue carrying different shapes and sizes of cakes. We wanted an eggless cake and it was very much possible with Mr. Brown. We took seats there as there is seating arrangement for around 15-20 people there. There were ready cakes available as well, both with egg base and eggless and freshness was incredible.We ordered for pastries while waiting for the manager as we wanted to try the taste first before placing an order. The staff members were highly professional and cleanliness was impeccable. The taste of the pastries was divine. We tried some more snacks and each one was better than the previous one.We explained our requirement to the manager and he assured that we will get what we were looking for. One has to make a payment beforehand, either in cash or via debit/credit card or other online mode(s), to obtain a token for the items ordered.We also purchased some loaves of bread and cookies and the taste was incredible beyond doubt. We received our cake on the scheduled date and the packing, shape, size and taste were just perfect. Every bite took every guest to another world altogether.Since then, Mr. Brown is our preferred bakery store and they never let us down on any account as we tried their services on numerous occasions.Keep it up!

My own experience is very bad . I went to give an order but nobody was interested to take an order of designer cake. First I go 10.15 then receptionist says my senior has not come pls come 12 P.M. or my manager contract u but I dont get any call. Again I went 12 pm. Senior person was busy with Mobile he didnt get any intrest . Its a very very bad experience.

The staff and the manager at Mr. Brown Kaushambi do not take precautions and wear masks etc. When the same was pointed out, the manager argued that they cant wear mask all the time. This is the kind of negligence which is leading to an increase in the corona virus cases today. I would like that the senior management takes strict action against their staff not adhering to the precautionary protocols. Such behaviour is not expected from a bakery/ eating joint wherein all types of precautionary measures are expected to be followed.

Nice,cosy and clean place. I have ordered one grilled sandwich and one cold coffee which i got within 10 minutes . My sandwich is tasty and coffee is nice. Now come to bakery section ,each and every thing like from pastries to cakes is expensive comparing with other cafes or bakery stores.Staff is attentive and very well educated about their product.I wish I could recommend this place but the prices forced me to give 3 stars .Thank you

I had Very bad experience on my daughters birthday, I ordered one fondent cake. But when I have received it I found it different from the ordered one. My daughters name spelling was incorrect. I just asked them to change the base color but they changed everything. They need to improve their quality and customer service. Usually when baker makes mistakes they not only correct it but also offer some compensation but their staff doesnt know how to make customer happy. I would not suggest anyone to go their. Dont spend money just after seeing the infrastructure of the bakery. You can better buy a cake from any other bakery.

Counter Staff is not upto mark, they dont know how to give service, and on the other hand the so called manager are like kids, they are not mature enough to handle many customers at a time.Credit Card Machine is also not working, in-house staff call each other as we are sitting in fish Market....They need proper hospitality management training..

Poor service, party arrangements even after prior information were not done. Rude staff. Poor food quality and presentation. No beverages (even water) were given even after request. It was a matter of big issues and insult for the host. We look forward to a refund for the same.

Roasted tikki burger is crispy and delicious, I have been their for many time, its good to have it with Green tea, cappuccino or mint mojito whatever you wanna have. The most lovable thing I ate their was the mix vegetable salad with 9-10 different sauces.
