I have recently moved to this place.Very pleasant atmosphere and lots of facilities.

Its really really an amazing posh housing society for staying with family...i stayed there for almost an year at my grandparents home (technically mine too😛) and everything went so well that I still miss being there... From spacious flats... Clubs... Gym... Swimming pool... Temple... Park... Indoors to what not 🙂 celebrations are actually celebrated here and so many co curricular activities for kids and parents makes it even more happening... Be it summercamp... New year blasts... Dandiya night to amazing food festival... Everything is super amazing 👍One more incident I remember is... There was a group of college students (bachelors) were staying in the next block to us... They used to play loud music and used to shout out loud after getting drunk and all... Bringing new strangers every next day...residents filed complain to the relevant authorities of the housing society and strict actions were taken throwing those boys out the very next day... They have high security at the main gate too... So congratulations YOU ARE SAFE ACTUALLY the basic and most important in todays world 😴Coming on to prices then I dont know so much about it though Ive heard people saying its a bit overpriced but believe me its not... If you compare it with other real estates out there... Their facilities and price charged by them youll find Gaur is worth it....#happy_staying 🥂#spread_happiness ❤

We have just bought a flat in this society. The flats are well finished and have an aura of sophistication. The society follows a no vehicle on road rule and not a single vehicle can be seen parked on the road. The two basements have a huge parking space. The society boasts of a well designed Gym and swimming pool with an associated space for holding parties. The childrens playing area has safety measures in place along with childrens swings and skids. It also has a basketball and tennis ring. All in all a good place to live in.

Good society. Well maintained. But very small swimming pool. Only basement parking. Open area very less. Maintenance is good. Security is good entrance lobby at each flat is very congested.

Gaur Cascades is one of the only few communities of Raj Nagar extension which is clean, stay friendly, organized, and better Gentry than any other society for sure.The rates are a bit high as compared to other societies, but for sure is a must visit place, if youre looking to buy.

I own an apartment here and visited various societies in Raj Nagar Extension. I can guarantee you that Gaur Cascades is the best society in RNE.Even the big names like Ajnara, VVIP, Ashiana, KW Srishti stands nowhere when compared with Gaur Cascades.Law and order, maintenance, discipline and cleanliness is the best thing which you will not find upto the mark in societies other than Gaur Cascades.

The area and plan of the flats is pretty good. The society is clean and well maintained. Has beautiful gardens, hygienic and organised timings ( different for men and women) swimming pools and gym. The parking is very intelligently planned. There are little cars for society mates to travel within the complex. A small but peaceful and beautiful temple is inside the premises. A very applaudable system that the society has its safety for children playing as they have a gate ( gaurded by a watchman) beyond which no kid can go without a senior and no vehicle will enter in that area; this makes you feel tension free to let your children play. Moving on to cons of the society is its location very very far from metro station and autos charge a lot, public transport is not accessible for this area. Markets around the place are still in infancy and will take time to develop. Major concern about the flats is the quality of material used by the builder as in one year itself some major issues have popped up with the flat which required immediate maintenance. Also rent offered here is pretty low so this a good news for the tenants and bad for the Owners.
