What an excellent, excellent experience. I took the Cheesecake masterclass with Manvi maam at CCS and it has to be one of my best decisions of 2021 so far. I have always enjoyed baking and cooking but have always been afraid of attempting desserts and sweet things. This class, however, has removed my hesitation and given me both, the skills and the confidence to make cheesecakes. I made my first cheesecake a day after the workshop and it came out fabulous. My whole family enjoyed it and asked me to make more, which I did the next day. Two consecutive days; two delicious, no-sweat, no-bake cheesecakes! The taste of the cakes rivalled that of the cakes served at major establishments like Big Chill and that is some of the highest praise I have received for my cooking. All thanks to this class. I highly recommend it to everyone. Also, all the materials for the cheesecakes is readily available at the CCS shop. This is literally a one-stop shop for all the needs of homebakers and amateur pastry chefs.
