Were ordering cakes since last 4 years. Earlier quality & taste was awesome. We recommended this shop to many others. But now taste & quality both disappeared, really pathetic & bad experience now. Children dont even want to eat cakes from them. Completely dry cake, Good day cakes are even better than these cakes. It doesnt seem that were having cake :(And I am writing this review after many continuous bad experiences. Theyre not even ready to accept their fault. This way nothing going to improve or better. :(

Green layer of mix velvet cake tastes like medicine so didnt like this one, they need to improve on this as according to them this was their special cake, though red velvet blackcurrant pastry was better than mix velvet but still both didnt seem like fresh one. For me it was not worth the money.

The worst cheesecake I ever had. Ordered a blueberry cheesecake for my brothers birthday, the look was terrible and while cutting it was falling apart and it tastes like crushed biscuit, poor quality. And when we went back to the shop for complaint the bakers comment was like this is how we make cheesecake.

Their quality was so better before but now its 😔 so disappointing and there are many other cheaper and better quality for snacks.They still have great variety but seriously lack of quality

Ordered a 4.5 kg choco chip cake for the corporate event. The cake was very fresh and all the colleagues cherished it. The owner is very pleasing and helpful, it was refreshing to see how last minute request to decorate the cake was accepted and the looks were really amazing. Definitely value for money.

Tried this bakery for the first time. Products are pure vegetarian as per cashier. I bought manner Patrice which were crisp and tasty, somewhat mild for my taste but my children loved it. Also small pizza which was waste of money. I loved milk bread, in fact I was on lookout for a good milk bread that I got it. Also bought chocolate chip dry cake cant say about it as not tried it. But sure looks good. Next time will try parties and update reviews. Prices are ok , atpar with other local bakeries. Has indoor sitting , has potential for outside cafe but not developed it. Can pay by cash, card ,paytm, any way as long as we pay 😊

Large varieties of pure veg cakes are available here. And each one of them tastes awesome. Have personally tried approx 15 flavours and they were awesome. Best cake shop in this area. Just that you cannot order cakes from here online. Once it comes online. No doubt it will beat the remaining cakes joints also.

The quality of the products is okayish. The have a good place to sit by and enjoy the stuff.

I like product of this bakery a lot. But one day one of its staff behaved very badly. We reached to the shop and waiting for staff to finish his talk with customer before me but after finishing he started to attend other customer who came after me. When I asked him we are waiting before another one, he not only denied but also started lying that we came later and his behavior was very rude. Hopefully they have camera installed and they must verify before talking like this. It was really not expected from Bakes n Cakes.

They sell good quality food but the prices are on the higher side. I got a 1 kg designer cake (pineapple flavour) for 900 rs, which I think was a bit overpriced.

It was my friends birthday and i decided to order from this outlet. I ordered choco truffle cake. The delivery was on time and the design of cake was really good. The taste was also quite good. The cake had blue and green chocolate strips which were the best part of the cake.

Love it. Its an eggless bakery which is a plus point and it offers variety of cakes, pastries and bakery items which I really love. Their truffles and walnut brownies are so good in taste that you will love to go to them again and again. Must try for everyone

Though its situated in a secluded place in Indirapuram but their products are amazing. All the bakery items are delicious at least they look tempting. I have tried many of them and they are worth every penny I spent.

Pathetic service, no etiquette how to deal with customers, they just want to make quick money without understanding the specification of order.They dont tell about the delivery terms that it will not done to door step but take order thn at the time of delivery their delivery boy will tell u we dont deliver at door step.Better to go even for simple cake from Bikanerwala or some normal vendor rather wasting money with them.NOT Recommended for Corporates at all.

Cake quality is average, price is good and if you are going to order good amount of quality like a kg than only they will make a fresh cake otherwise you have to buy cake already in the display counter. The staff is also very rude. They dont know how to treat customers. My experience with cake n back was very bad.

The service is too bad. I ordered choco fudge cake 1 day in advance for my wifes birthday. I mentioned in the comments that I have to carry the cake in metro still I was not given carry bag and I had to call again for it. When I reached home I opened the packing and discovered that the cake is choco chips. I was really disappointed as my wife likes that flavour. We had to adjust with that cake as I had no other option. When I sent the pic of the cake the next day on whatsapp to the store I got only a single word reply sorry. This is the way a customer is treated after spoiling the occasion. Ridiculous hospitality and service.

We usually order cakes for delivery at our office , the quality is good and the service is fast. I have also visited the bakery and you can get a lot of options to choose from. They have a good collection of imported juices and chocolates. The price however is bit too high but considering the quality it does not let you ponder over price

First n foremost the whole bakery is eggless. They have good number of options for cake from simple Butterscotch to Red Velvet. Prices are reasonable according to the quality given.Space is also nice. Cash n card payments are only accepted.I doubt they are not having Paytm or other UPI payment options.Overall nice place to getting cakes for office parties or home celebrations.

Very good bakery, it has a lot of variety and that too at a very pocket friendly price.I ordered a mini pizza, masala sandwich, and paneer roll.All of this cost us under 100 Rs, so if passing by do check out its sandwich and pizza.Seating here is not big, but for a group of 2 to 4 people its sufficient here.
