Staff is very rude and ineffective. It seems like staff is not willing to work and thus do not show any interest to show their stock properly. Even after purchasing the item and making the payment, the handover of the peoduct took too much time even when no alteration was needed.

2 sales persons are very disgusting n very rude. One standing at Monte Carlo counter and I ask to show t shirt for my husband then he rudely reply ( ye do lines h dekh lo ) then I ask said show me one by one but he walked away busy on call and second Indian counter my husband ask him to show something he totally ignored him n even hiding his face and both were busy on phone calls. As a human I can understand may be there is any emergency but atleast you can say it politely but NO full rudness n ignoreness is going on. As a customer we both feel very humiliated n ignored other collection was very nice.

I had purchased branded ladies suit of @1800 but after a week or so plazo got torn from the middle ....it was not worth it at all.Very disappointed.

Old cloth store in Ghaziabad with lots of design but fabric quality is not good, you will feel suffocation being they run AC for a short time, if you dont purchase the item which you are looking for, the staff become irritate.

This is such a large store with the quality of salesman continuously going down. Ive been purchasing most of my clothes for more than 10 years from here. But now I feel like I should be changing my cloth store. This time I went to the store, the staff wasnt even interested in showing clothes. They were calling each other to show the clothes. They didnt seem interested. Moreover, they dont take responsibility once the clothes are bought. I had bought a Flying Machine jacket last year, it had some problem so we went to show it to them, to our amazement they denied that the product even belonged to their store. This store used to really good 2-3 years before but ever since theyve started expanding their business all over India they dont give a damn about anything now. Im seriously disappointed.

Nice and you can purchase the clothes at a very reasonable price during thne sale time... So you will have to keep a check on when the sale is gonna happen.... Otherwise the clothes are really expensive..

Perfect place for shopping for middle class families. Very well managed. You dont need to carry your shopping cart during your whole shopping. Whatever you finalize goes to cash counter and you just have to carry the invoice/slip. The only challenge i see here is to park the car. There is no dedicated space for car parking. You will have to find space for your car in nearby suburb.
