I liked the behaviour of the owner. He is very positive and very prompt to give right and good service to customers.I recommend this store to buy footwear.They have footwear for all gents, ladies, kids.And with all varieties like formal, casual, party wear etc.

Well equipped clean showroom. Bata has been for budget class people.Now has turned out to classic collections as well. THAT IS SURPRISINGLY BATA.The wide varieties from classic collection to daily wear and office cum corporate wear to school college wear makes it an achievement for India.It is a paradise for young, old and middle aged people who prefers Bata for its durability and affordability.

Found many options & design in both mens and womens collection. Reasonable price in offer. Good quality but found issue with one of my purchase a sandal but they fixed it very quickly. Good service.

Today I visited bata showroom in Shipra I had very bad experience.Very disappointed with the employee there.

The service is pathetic.No one attends to you or even senses your presence.The store manager is oblivious to your presence and doesnt care about the customers.Give this place a miss and try Woodland instead.

Showroom is good but the owner or the manager of the show room is roude if you are buying shoes than its fine ,but if you want to exchange he will not give you credit note whether youre getting the right footwear or not,if transaction has been done but not showing in his account than he will become very anoyed,will not listen to you if its there mistake .Yesterday I chose two bags from there first they told me there is 20percent discount on particular amount (after checking) but after billing I realised there is no discount ,I asked than the fellow told me ,ab to bill ho Gaya hai kuchh nahi ho Sakta.I returned one bag because it was out of my budget and request him to make other ones credit note but he didnt do that ! We were shopping from this store from many years but now enough is enough . If store has variety that not means its the only store .If fellow thinks store is bigger than the costmers than let it be.I hope he will realise soon that store is not running by him its just because of the customers.

Ever since it has opened in 2011 , we had been shopping for our and our kids footwears here. Quite a big store that offers all the brands that bata houses from Marie Claire to hush puppies to spark to bubles etc. Range is also good
