After that they changed the diah and it was as usual like old one crispy and fresh.Being a regular customer i felt so bad that for the simple reason i have to explain things to 3 person and also they are just trying to convince me that it is good. This is the first time in any restaurant i saw this kind of behaviour. Its seriously bad. I love the food so i go there always after this incidence i have to think something else now.I am the other person and have the same feedback.

Overall a good experience. The dosa was filling with a generous amount of stuffing. Good start with rasam. Good value for money. However, they should wait for some time and ask before removing the plates from the table.

Totally waste of money totally waste.I will suggest you guys if you have more money and dont know about the taste then still dont go there give them money in free coz if you eat there dosa for sure you will not going to eat that. The service was very poor. The staff did not pay attention to the customers. You did not seem to use good quality of raw materials as after having dinner me and dad both had indigestion problem.

I visited this place along with my family on Saturday. At around 9PM the place was packed. The not so good part is that the tables are laid out so close you actually can hear other family conversing. I know the family sitting besides our table had late order and repeatedly complaining about Chinese food quality. Being a hotelier myself I know how tough it is manage a full restaurant especially when your staffing is not adequate. So I didnt placed any Chinese or Indian order as my children wanted to try items from these cuisines. We went with South Indian and it was really good. I think in future also I will try their South Indian only. Service was OK.

I was expecting the place to have authentic south indian taste.. since the name is Dosa factory.But still dosa was good.. compared to other places that serve dosa.

Ambience is great. Hospitality is OK a bit irritating sometimes. Dosas.. were good except the three meal dosas... which was horrible. Rest of the dosas and sambhar was good.

If you like south indian dosa than you must go to DOSA factory. More than 100 dosa is there . Chilly paneer dosa is one of my favourite at there.

The quality of dosa is good but potato masala is totally waste and tasteless. No spices in masala and sticky like new potatoes. Sambhar was very bad just like blended everything in blender. Doesnt taste authentic at all. Sambhar was not mild sweet at all. It was totally waste spending there yesterday. Finally the coconut chutney was sour and awful. We usually order sambhar and chutney again at Udupi krishna navyug market gzb restaurant. It taste amazing there. How Dosa factory guys are making chain while they are not perfect at all.

Worst service ever.Ordered 3 butter naan means 12 piece, & 1 sabji, waited 30 min then got wrong sabji but dude placed naans on table to let them get cold, then when sabji came we asked to reheat naan & then they gave 10 pieces instead of 12 pieces.

I just finished the Masala Dosa and the dosa was heavenly. Dosa was cooked properly and was crunchy. Sambhar and chutneys also were good.Overall a good ambience, courteous staff and finger licking food.

The food here is super tasty! No matter what you pick, itll be super delicious. The place has fresh ambience with pretty yellow colours hovering around. The staff is humble and service is prompt. The best part, people can fill their tummies without emptying all of their pocket. Rates are aptly priced👌 the only thing that I absolutely disliked about the place is their washroom cleanliness...it was dirty, stinky, and very carelessly kept.

It was ok but bit costly for 2 person it cost 400 rp they were charing 60 rps for the mineral water..

Its a delightful place to hang out with family. Though couples are also welcome but its more of a family restaurant. Food is quite good and rates are reasonable in my opinion. The only thing which I have noticed only a few times is lack of hygiene. Delivery is quite fast and staff is friendly. Perfect for small gathering too.

This restaurant is located near Mahagun Mall, Vaishali, Ghaziabad. It has got good quality of south Indian food and beverages to some extend north Indian foods are also present. Ambience and staff behaviour is good.Cheese Butter Plain Dosa was great with unique flavour. Ghee Roast dosa was bit disappointing though. Butter Dosa was ok.

The restaurant serves great South Indian dishes . The staff was a little overwhelmed by the crowd but there was no delay in orders. All in all if you crave South Indian food then it is a must visit.
