This place is located in Shipra Mall , Indirapuram .Youll find a great variety of gifting options though the price is on a higher side (since it is inside a Mall ) . The staff is polite and helpful . Now let me here give you a brutally honest review about this gift shop. First Comes the pricing: Overpriced stuff, they call it imported, but by looking at the items they look like being bought from Palika Bazar. They think they are some Archies and Hallmark store, sadly which they are no where near to them. So I had to visit this gift shop few days back on an afternoon, as it was really urgent to buy a small gift for a get-together at my home. I somehow managed to buy a gift, which I had to do it on my own, as the staff wasnt really interested in helping. Moreover they charge you bloody 60 Rs for gift wrapping. A store like Shoppers Stop or even Hallmark does the wrapping free of cost or a minimal price. Are your gift wrapping sheets made out of gold? There is a basic discount of 10% on all gift shops, which they say is not at all possible. The staff was extremely rude regarding the discounts as well. They dont have their own brains, and for every little thing they call up their Madam. Now comes the climax, where you actually loose your temper, and feel like, yaar ya apna sar diwar par de maaro yaa in logon ka. They dont give you a carry bag. Its chargeable actually. Well how much?? 10-12 Rs. Your next door neighbour Reliance Smart gives a bag for 6. Madam seedha seedha dukaan ka kiraya customer se hi le lo na. Aur carry bag apne kafan pe daalna yaa apne andar daal liyo. Worst ever shop. Remember , even high prices doesnt matter, if you treat your customer well. It was just a one-time experience. Learn to build a long lasting customer relationship. I will not recommend your gift shop to any other person. Hope your shop shuts down soon.
