Worst experience with this dealer. None of the owner have manners to talk to the customer. They only talk to you properly until you make the payment for product. After payment they do not listen to any of your query and also delivers the damage and old model product.Sourav Narula and Vikas Narula even misbehave with the customers which cannot be explained.I would request everyone to not deal with them at all. I also ignored the negative reviews while purchasing the product but now I feel regret for my decision.

I purchased a Voltas AC on 24th May .It is already five days the AC is not installed, neither I have any update by when it will be installed. I raised the Voltas Service request on 24th May itself but AC is not installed till now.I tried reaching the Narula electronics on phone many times but these people are not replying/helping on next steps. They picked my phone once and gave an incorrect advice in very hurry...and told me to submit request via Post paid number and disconnected without listening properly. Really strange..I saw the invoice of my AC delivered along with my AC. It even does not have AC item id mapped to the invoice. Really strange.Looks like I made a big mistake. They are just money minded people who do not care about customer. After making payment they seems not listen to the customer.I will not recommend this store to anyone. Beware of this store.
