Its located in Sidhart vihar near to NH 24. Its still under construction. The sample flat is ready and as usual the builder has made every attempt to make the sample flat a super luxurious apartment.However, after looking at every nearby property like Prateek, SG, Apex etc i can say that the prices are on very higher side considering the other available builder flats in near vicinity.I would suggest this property only if the budget is not a consideration and secondly, if the buyer wants to stay here with his family. Because considering the capital investment, the return in terms of property appreciation or rent from it would not justify the investment.These are my personal views only.

T&T homes concept for selling homes is purely based on two facts , first height of the room and digitalisation of home electrical equipment which anybody can do within their budget range.Mostly get attracted by such kind of things, if you are seriously looking for a home and that too in Ghaziabad then this would be a great choice but you have to wait for atleast 3 year.....Considering the below factors1. LOCATION : T&T home surrounded by so many high rise buildings2. Room Height : Good enough more than 5 mtr3.Digitalisation : most of home service such as switch on and off the fan/light/ curtain rail can be controlled by the Alexa...but thats not a great feature that make T&T home to be selected for living, there is no inbuilt smart switch , they configured it with additional equipment

I found T&T T HOMES is offering amazing automation homes concept in Noida. The digital housing is completely a new concept. For futuristic living experience you can go for this but these types of homes are very costly and difficult to manage. The system confuse sometimes a lot.

Recently I heard a concept of automation homes from my cousin sister after knowing the entire concept about that home but I don’t agree much with the overall system because everything is operate by an app and it is a bit difficult for elders to live in such homes. From my side a big no for these homes.
