Nice place to stay , near Vaishali metro station (approx 400 meters ).Has an eye soothing view on the backside of Royal Tower.

Their 2BHKs are good for couples. Have everything in place in the society. Just felt more of maintainence should be done.Otherwise you have everything here.

This society is the best few years ago , But not now , Zero facilities , Worst Maintanence.

The flats are well ventilated, huge and spacious, airy, 24 hrs ups backup and no water problem. I am impressed by facilites like multipurpose hall where we have a lot of social functions, well equipped gym with trainer, swimming pool with life guard and the recyle water is used for keep the gardens green. Finally, Supertech estate is and excellent project to stay in !

Nicely planned society with all amenities. Needs outer maintenance as society is now pretty old and outer paint is washed away over the years. Although location is good which is opposite to Galaxy multiplex but concern is the society entrance which gets mostly missed from eyes as the society gate is around 300m down in a narrow path from main road.

This housing society is good. Except that it is a bit too old. The appartments have turned quite old now. The society has a good park with no problems. The society is well maintained and clean. The staff is very good and nice. The place I green and hygiene. The people are also very nice. The location so awesome.

All the society roads are good except entrance. The entrance is in bad condition. The good thing is security and yes it is gated community. space for kids to play.

Very good & big appartment. It is a well known landmark on the main road location in popular Vaishali area of Ghaziabad.

All electricians are corrupt. Suddenly your electricity consumption increased around 10 times. Like if yours actual consumption is 300 units but your meter will consume 1400 units. They are involved in to selling of electricity using wrong mathod.

A very well positioned complex with a broad approach road and easy connectivity with buses, taxis, auto rickshaw and Delhi Metro. Good facilities and secured gated complex

Excluding the security and events, there is nothing to be called as society, buildings condition is pathetic, lifts doors are like trains toilets walls(abusive content, love proposals), cleaner does not clean that much infact they spit gutka on walls. no power back up, mostly unfuctional lifts, no drainage in rainy season (clogged passage) and hell dirty walls, connectivity by car or self transport is okay but if someone is travelling by auto or public transport they need to sneak/jump the divider railings which is quite accident prone....

This society has connectivity with serenity. Very good place to live for educated people.

I am living here from 2005 - own apartment. One of the best societies around.

The road to the main entrance of the society is full of pitholes, the society itself is great but the entrance is in a very bad condition, also the basketball court isnt maintained. :)
