They are providing their best facilities according to them but their work in the maintenance is very poor because of their under-construction work within the tower. Their marketing facilities is good. Their charges for the maintenance are unacceptable behalf of their work on maintenance.

Purely bhikhari builder.1. No intercoms in flats, on asking they say bring your own intercom set.2. No electricity display in flats, on asking they say bring your own display.3. Basement parking dont have proper markings and light.4. After electricity power cut off it takes them 2-5 mins to start Disel Generator.5. In many flats they have not given power backup.6. Guards in towers are sleepy. They dont know what and when happened.7. Lift arrangement is also done by some unexperienced person. As only two lifts per tower is provided and that to far from each other. Causing unavailablty of lift most of the time.8. They have done maximum cost cutting possible.9. Construction quality is poor.10. Still many people havent got their possession.11. Maintenance persons are also helpless as builder is the one who can improve the situation.Please like if my review is helpful

Worst experience...Dont book any Flat in Supertech... चोर builder hai yeh... लोगों ke खून पसीने की गाढ़ी कमाई खा रहा है. Suicide करना पड़ जाएगा agar book karva Liya kisi चोर Dealer ke hathon. 8 saal se mujhe Ecovillage2 ka possession nahi diya इसने. construction material बिल्कुल बेकार hai. Flat गिरने ka पूरा खतरा है कुछ time mein.

Big,clean and good place to live in. Have swimming pool parks and an underconstruction school inside of the colony.

Very good and happening place. Restaurant will also start operations very soon.
