I have visited to the Axis Bank Loan Center,customer service is very responsive, they will provide you a perfect solution, guide you about every pros and cons. they will give a really good suggestion in regarding of loan, obviously they will also try to sell their product as well, but do not force you do that.following all the covid 19 protocol,believe me the best branch I have visited so far.

I had visited their loan center branch.The branch is following all possible social distancing measures.A special thanks to the security guard and the office men for staying polite, cheerful and helpful while staggering the flow of customers.The service was courteous and the customer service representative did their best to help resolve the request.

Service is more than patheticThey don’t deserve a single star!!!I have booked a locker around One month ago at Vaibhav Khand branch.I organised my visit there, first of all their server was down and second of all there is no one to entertain. We have waited at least 40 mins to do the formalities for signing the documents which were requested. After signing them all, we have waited another 40 minutes as their locker was not functioning.At that time, executive has told us Mam we are filing a complaint for the locker and this issue will resolve in coming 15 days.We were ok with that, one of the senior of the executive informed us that Mam you can visit around 5:30 in any working days to do the formalities and Sir will visit in bank timings to do the rest.Now, what she is telling me “ ma’am you have to come, nothing can be done without your signatures”. And that too she is continuously texting me the same.So according to her I have to take a leave to do the formalities again!!Bravo👏

Worst bank ever, Tricked me into debt funds saying returns are better than PPF. Withdraw money from my RD and put it into debt fund and Now I am running each day for past 1 month for closing those debt funds. Now I have 2 max life debt fund one is 100000 and other is 60000. They don’t suggest you the right thing all they care about is how to sell their products to customers forcefully. Their operation head was unnecessary forcing me to invest in debt fund. Now no one helping me when i want to close those schemes.

Google shows its open today but it was closed, complete waste of time n risk to go out in covid coz of wrong information...too bad

Third class branch with poor customer service. Arrogant staff. For services they arrange a call back. The staff dont know anything about the bank norms. They directly ask to contact the customer care number.In the name of following the COVID protocols, the staff is gossiping inside. There is que of customers waiting outside but they dont care about it.

Horrible services. I had submitted a form to reactivate my account with all necessary documents. Their staff assure it will get reactivated in 48 hours and I will get a new debit card sent. Its been 18 days now but no resolution. When I checked with their customer service they informed no such request has been received. Absolutely pathetic bank in terms of service.

One of your staff name Rashmi Mishra (Axis Bank Aditya Mall Branch Indirapuram) is not coopreative; having her own tantrum on call whether it is working hour or non working hours.Not expected this from a private bank employee. Seems no difference inservices between govt and private banks.

I have lost my ATM card and I need money for my family member was hospitalized when I visited axis branch of Indirapuram at 5:30 bank was closed and meet with senior manager he help me and every body very cooperative and helpful I am very impressed of axis staff thanks axis .... .

They do not have any idea, how to handle customers. Waiting to meet some one for 1 hour. No one even bothered to check, why am I standing at the reception.

Worse part is axis bank is no work can be done from home, if you have any small query you need to visit at Branch. Unfortunately no contact details are also mentioned.

Worst service provided by bank officials

Worst service, worst staff I am an axis bank user and I visited the branch yesterday, the staff was very rude in behaviour. Spacially those those two ladies. Bank like AXIS should give some basic training to there staff thet how to behave with there customers. I am talking about this particular branch where you just go and put your problem and they will advise you that talk to the customer care. And if you aske again then please talk to there hand. (muft ki rotiyan tod rahe he bus) a big thumbs down for this branch where the other branches are quite better.

One of your customer care executives name shuaib is very helpful and soft spoken.He resolved my queries and dealt with very positive approach.

Avoid opening a current account. The team who is handling the current account dept. is not at all aware and prepared about the process. the staff itself is unsure about the criteria which are needed for opening a current. a/c. Manager lacks basic etiquettes and also do not have any politeness for the customers. The manager (specific who is handling the current account section) even will not bother to offer a chair.Avoid this bank at least for current a/c.The remaining staff is quite good and helpful (saving accounts)

One of the most convenient bank and ATM that hardly run out of cash. And since they have 3 machines so even one of them is not working one is still sure of getting cash from the other one. Being a priority customer life is really sorted with axis when it comes to banking. Very prompt and supportive staff.

Worst bank branch i ever came across . I opened the account of my father and got debit card . When we tried to generate the pin , we got to know that card is invalid because of expiry date . I connected to branch and they are continuously saying that please wait for 2 days as they have sent a mail and waiting for reply from central office . They are not even ready to change the card . I am now thinking of closing the account . Is there any way i can complaint about this branch to higher authority ?

This is the most ghatiya branch. Employees are so unprofessional specially manager kumar anupam. He is the worst employee I ever seen. Dont know who recruited him and how he recruited. He doesnt have the skills to be on the manager post. So arrogant employee and unprofessional.I raised a complaint against him in MD office even MD office got scared to take action against this unprofessional manager. Strange!

If you have enough money to donate..then go for this bank. They are looting us.

I am very much satisfied with the services. The moment you enter an executive greets you and guide you to correct counter. Waiting time is usually small (5-10 mins). Staff is cooperative and customer focussed.

Banking is a joke for these people. Very careless employees. I deposited my Visa fee today at 11:30am and they gave me payment acknowledgement receipt number. The processing time is usually 3 hours after which we can input the receipt number and schedule visa interview appointment in US Embassy. When I tried at 7:30pm, the message is coming that they do not have any information regarding this receipt number. WOW !!!

This is the saddest experience of my life visiting any private bank....the people sitting there are just lyk Babus & just following whats written in the books rather than applying their brains...they lack training & motivation.Would never ever recommend this bank to anyone in my circle....god bless them.

Not a good bank. No Transparency. They deduct money from your account without letting you know the reason.No toll free number to call. Very poor service.
