The fine dining restaurant Tatva in country inn is an absolute delight for all North Indian Food Lovers. The ambience and service is excellent as expected from a 5 star hotel’s restaurant. We had Bharwaan Aaloo in starters and it was awesome, different from usual Tandoori Aaloo and even better than it. Their Dal Tatva and Pindi Chana are definitely Chef’s speciality items which are must try. We had shahi paneer too but it was average though. In breads their bread basket is a great deal containing Butter Naan,Tandoori Roti,Stuffed Naan and lacchaa paranatha. Had A very good experience with family here.

Food at Tatva is delicious. The staff is polite and courteous. The portion size is quite less though. And the prices are a bit on the expensive side.The bartender needs some training. The cocktails were served pretty ordinarily without any flair or garnish!

Only fine dining restaurant this hotel has - Tatva.The servers are know their job. They greet you well and they serve you well.The option in the menu is very limited but what they have is great. I liked the north Indian so much especially their dal makhni. Lip smacking..Overall, it is worth going here especially for vegetarians as the hotel itself is the only vegetarian 5* hotel.

Very nice place to visit with family. The ambience is pleasant and staff hospitable. Food portions and prices are steep considering its only a 3 star hotel. But the food taste, experience and preparation make up for it. Ive visited so many times, I even forgot count.They are happy to take up our requests and the amenities are obviously very good. Its a veg only restro.Pro tip: dont miss their Dahi ke Kebab. The best Ive ever had.

Service was sluggish, dishes were above average. Seating comfortable but table seems little cramped.

We had a family dinner (5 pax) at Tatva Country inn, Sahibabad, booked via EazyDiner. Excellent services, food was delicious - An all vegetarian heaven in a 5 Star. Ambience is cool. The decor is magnificent.Crispy vegetables, tamater ka shorba, tomato soups, mocktails were mouth watering. Dahi kebab were soft and distinctly tasty. In the main course Nazakat ke kofte, Hyderabad birayani, fruit raita are a must try.Gulab Rabri and Banana Split topped it all.Pradeep, and others one after another, served it to our plates. Very fast service, very responsive staff, nice gestures and smiles added to to our dine out. Kids friendly staff.* * * * * to Tatva is justified !!

The food quality in tatva has deteriorated markedly with time. Initially it was considered a safe place for eating but not now. Four of us had a dinner in tatva on 8th may but the food quality was awful. Cold coffee had a plastic thread like thing in it , dam aloo was stale and badly prepared, tatva platter was difficult to eat and pudina parantha untasty. Overall very bad experience.All 4 of us felt sick after eating there, had marked acidity, had diarrhoea and lots of gas.Hope the authorities will take corrective steps.Dr dk Gupta
