We happened to reach Hotel Highway a.k.a. Raja ka Dhaba around 1 p.m. The person at reception offered limited vegetarian menu options. Upon noticing eggs in the kitchen, I came to know it offered non-vegetarian food option also. The oven-clay chapati was delicious and so were cumin-seed fried lentils (dhal fry). The items used were fresh.Quick service on plastic moulded furniture was enjoyable.A five-star rating requires1. better hygienic conditions,2. better upkeep of furniture3. better hand-wash area.
