Having some repairs done on our home prior to sale of our house. AW was the one roofer whom we were able to successfully get a quote from. Initially I had a questionable experience with AW a few years back, in regards to installation of gutters on my home. However using them for repair of my roof was a good experience, David was communicative, the workers where prompt , and worked quickly to repair my roof.

I had a roof needed to be replaced due to age and weather condition. I was referred by a friend and called them. I very quickly got an appointment for my roof inspection, no hassles. David showed up exactly on scheduled time and we both did the inspection. In the process of inspection he educated me very well about roof so that I know what educated decision to make post inspection.My roof attic vent is also upgraded to ridge vent with no additional cost and the material used was of very good quality that is also backed up the material company in addition to the warranty by A&W roofing. As soon as the roofing work was complete I could immediately feel the difference in temperature comfort in my house. Even in hot days my house, especially the top floor is comfortable in temperature without having AC to do lot of hard work. In believe this summer I will have very comfortable temperature of my house and very economic to my electric budget.Jo the manager is also very helpful and work done is professional and on time or earlier than promised.

The team at A&W Roofing (Jo Solis, James Stockton, Ashley Jones and the rest of the crew) were so easy to work with! They were all professional, personable, and responsive throughout the entire process.After major hail damage left our roof totaled, they made the process with the insurance company easy and thoroughly explained all of our options and what to expect. Even though weve been dealing with days upon days upon days of near constant rain in our area, they didnt even push our scheduled date, which I was expecting.They dropped the supplies on our roof (out of the way) the day before and showed up the day of installation on time and completed the work very quickly. In just over one day, they removed all shingles and felt paper down to the decking and upgraded with ice/water shield in valleys and compromised areas (around vents, etc), new synthetic (no tear) felt, and architectural grade shingles. And when they left it was like they were never even here - not a single nail left behind - and I looked!Jo stopped by after the crew had finished to make sure we were happy with the work and reminding us that if we ever have any trouble, to reach out, even if its years from now.10 out of 10 stars. Cant recommend enough!

After the most recent random hail storm in Texas, I panicked when i walked outside and saw my gutter hanging, and roof all jacked up. I worked with Joe, who helped from start to finish. He was so professional i felt comfortable having him and hia crew at my home/ on my roof. I had a great experience with A&W Roofing. Wesley and his team located hail damage, helped me work through the claims process with my adjuster and a week later, I had a new roof. It was really easy. The quality of the work was outstanding and done in about a half day. The roofing team took care of our outside plants and didnt leave anything behind when they left. Highly recommend A&W Roofing! We had them out to our home after recent spring storms. They were on the high end of the estimates we received, but we were most impressed by their service and transparency. We had scheduled an estimate for noon the day after the storm. They were able to come earlier in the day. When we called on the following Monday to get on their schedule, the roof was fixed same day! We have a fixed roof while our neighbors still have tarps! I didn’t feel like they were hiding anything and didn’t question how well the job was going to get done, unlike some of the other companies we had out for an estimate. They will be the first company we reach out to for any future repairs!

All the other neighbors were watching closely, and as far as I can tell, all of us were impressed with the efficiency and speed of the process, as well as the excellent job that was done. I have to say that I was both surprised and very impressed that, after careful inspection, he told us that we did NOT need to have our roof fixed or re-done. We recently used A&W Roofing for a repair after seeing water damage on our ceiling. I called A&W and James came out the next day to give me an estimate. He took the time to fully inspect the situation and advised of the repairs and estimate. As they were removing shingles, they found more damage. James showed me the pictures of the affected area and wood they removed.
