They send wrong delivery. Nobody said sorry, didn’t even propose refund only option was to get remaining order 1 hour later in order not to lose money. Not recommended at ALL!!!
Tasty, not very spicy. A bit expensive. Very tasty naan with cheese
Authentic Indian food. Top service and not priced too high
The food was really good, well located near station and vey nice hospitality. We were craving for Indian food after a a few days vacation in Geneva and this restaurant featured on our search as the taste saviour, nice experience also speaking with the restaurant owner himself who also Served us the delicious dishes. Worth a visit and value for money.
Over priced for such a place
Simple & delicious
Delicious food! Absolutely fantastic service! Attentive and very charming host. Cozy, warm, clean and very inviting restaurant. I had the the chicken Korma - the chicken was so tender it melted in my mouth and the spices were just right. I also had the Aloo Gobi and it was exactly how my grad mother would make it! I highly recommend this place. Love this place.
Excellent food and plentiful.Just the right amount of spice in the dishes. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The place is a little cramped and dated but it didnt bother us at all. We arrived with 14 people worth no booking and they fit us in. I recommend this place.
Delicious Indian mouth watering food. Enjoyed the food 2 days during our stay in Geneva.
Very good indian, especially the chicken tikka. Correct prices
Terrible. Inauthentic. Also, the worst biryani of my life... The absolute worst that Ive ever tasted, is proudly served at this place.I called on the chef. The waiter eventually refused to let me meet him or call him over so I could intrinsically explore what was really going on with that damn biryani. And mind you, Im an Asian. Ive had biryani like a million times at home, outside, Indian restaurants, Pakistani restaurants... Also, I make biryani myself so I... KNOW. Bombay, Hyderabadi, you name it.Not recommended at all. Youre better off eating some other cuisine elsewhere than hold on to the fake promises this place holds.
The food are nice
Worst Indian restaurant and food ! Sincerely dont visit its over rated restaurant, kindly avoid and cleanness is null and dirty kitchen. Probably you will have to report to health department . When we visited the chef guy was washing his legs in wash basin and full of dirt on himself .
Food was good specially chicken tikka. Service was friendly too.
Best Indian restaurant geneva
Lovely food, good service and fair price.
Lassi was terrible. I asked for salt lassi but they brought with too much salt. On complaint they brought another one with no salt at all 😕 chicken gravy was tasty but the quality of chicken was not good. Still I give 1 star because of the bread and chicken gravy
Friendly service, and staff speak excellent English in addition to French. Ordered carry out veggie Korma, which was delicious. Prices as expected in Geneva.
Best Indian cuisine in Geneva. Always have my meal here or do a well packed takeaway.Highly recommended.
Decent indian food place. Variety available. Outdoor seating available. Can improve on the taste
Nice food nice price nice service ok place
Eat here if you have no other choice. We had decent rotis, dal and raita. The food was passable, but we would not return again.
Real Indian food.
Great food for a good price-very attentive staff... complementary coffee after dinner
Close to Geneva railway station...picked up to go order..food was not too greasy. The quality, and taste was good too...They do not have Paneer options but got enough selections in veggies..!!
Best indian food
Spent 4 days in Geneva. found this great Indian restaurant. in my opinion was one of the best Indians i have had!!!!!!!beat most of the Indian restaurants in uk hands down
Quality of food and cooking not up to standard
Amazing food. Not that bad price
Excellent food. Warm and nice place. Good service.
I dont blame the establishment so much, but the terrace has way too many aggressive birds... On two occasions they relieved themselves over our food. The parasol seems to be their residence...
Authentic tasty Indian food. Well located. Outdoor patio.
We had a take away vandaloo chicken and another vegetarian dish with spinach. Both were really really good. For me so far the best Indian I had in the geneva/ vaud area. Staff is very friendly as well and they even gave us a special discount for our slightly longer wait. Great stuff.
Good Indian food, the staff is also very friendly. Good for a couple ♥️
Great service and great food.
This restaurant offers delicious Indian dishes. We tried Prawns masala and butter nan which was good. Nice ambience of Geneva City from this restaurant but little expensive.
Good relaxing restaurant. Good and well prepared food. Jolly attendants.
Overpriced, not bad food
Very good food and service
Massive fan of their butter chicken and bhindi. Spice level just perfect.
A bit pricey like the rest of Geneva. Loved the taste of India.
Good good but high price
Very nice food, friendly staff. A bit pricey as rice and bread is not included. Worth it though!
Very good food. Nice outdoor seating.
Bombay best indian food restaurant . we appreciate the tasty food . Really nice restaurant .
Clean and tidy food excellent x
Bangladeshi people running a Indian restaurant - so not the most authentic Indian taste you will expect. But the Baingan Bharta is surprisingly amazing!! It’s a must do. Rotis and Naans are good too.Overall a decent place to try “Indian tasting” food.Taking another star off for the service, that can definitely improve.
Nice Briyani! And they have a lunch buffet.
Good old Indian food
Wonderful Indian cuisine...... gladly recommending for all....halal foods are also available.....
If you want to have some good indian food this is the place to visit for sure
The food was very good!
Nice Food Good sitting space outside but service need to be quiker
Excellent quality and friendly service, the best place for Indian food in Geneva in my opinion
A mention for excellent kharak chai (Indian style tea)....
I am always perplexed why Bangladeshi restaurants want to project themselves as Indian restaurant. Being from West Bengal I can vouch that Bangladeshi food on its own is good and something which can build its own brand. Hope one day we see people going to Bangladeshi restaurants on its own.Food was not great and ambience was also not that great.
Average food. If my cook will make this kind of food I will order something from outside but wait a minute here I have come to eat food out! No where to go now :(
This is a good indian restaurent near lake side of geneva
Good food
Friendly, accommodating service for English speakers. Food arrived to the table fast and hot. Agneau vindaloo fine combo of spicy and savory in a rich tomato sauce. Saffron rice included with the order, but stuffed naan is a must side order. Outdoor dining gave a pleasant atmosphere with sounds of the city including jazz musicians, conversations overheard in half a dozen languages.
Nice indian restaurant in Geneva main city.
Great food we had a wonderful meal.
Friendly service and nice food
Eminence is ok...food was nice.
Very good place for Bangladeshi and Indian food.
Very nice food and Staff.
Excellent...never disappoints
Ordered here every Sunday for a few years and was amazing. Seems they have changed chefs or recipes now and it is very average and not worth the price.
Good food. Staff could be a bit friendly
Chana Masala (chickpea) is delicious here!
Is ok for Indian halal food in Geneva. Not the best Ive ever tried.
It was around 9 PM and we got down from the train. We were hungry and looking for an Indian or Bangladeshi restaurant to eat. By asking around, we went to this restaurant. The food was great. The owner is Bangladeshi. But you know the foods in India and Bangladesh are very similar and they serve in both flavors. We like their biriyani, chicken, lamb and tandoori. All were superb. And even their special spicy tea with milk and sugar. The waiters and owner speak good English too along with french, bangla and hindi. They are very helpful. Also helped us to find a hotel nearby and gave us lots of helpful tips.
Horrible food, only matched by worser service. Its also too expensive by all standards. We ordered most basic indian menu like daal, mixed veg, breads etc. Even those were a nightmare in taste and even the portion size was too small.
Good indian restaurant with all popular and traditional indian food .. I liked butter chicken so much it was nice and so on chicken bariani..
Good service, nice food, Halal prominently displayed outside
Good place for desi food
Following the advice of few of my friends working in Geneva, we visited Bombay with very high expectations (with these friends along with us). Me and my vegetarian friends ordered bhindi masala, chana masala, rotis (Indian bread) and rice. My non-vegetarian friends will independently write their reviews. To our shock, we found that the quantity per item could not even barely feed a single person. The price of each vegetarian dish is 16 CHF and we counted less than 16 pieces of okras (small pieces) in our curry. As for the chana masala, again I have nothing good to add. We repeatedly requested the person waiting the table to make it Indian spicy while placing our order. What arrived was extremely bland and distasteful. It was clearly evident that the cook had not given any thought or effort during the preparation.Besides, the behaviour of the staff was uncouth. We were not offered water even after asking for several times. At the end when our food was nearly finished, they provided us water. When we tried to talk to the waiter and later to the manager suggesting the constructive criticisms, they were completely unsympathetic and told us to write anything on the website. We were completely ignored and dismissed. After having eaten almost nothing, we paid a whopping 121 CHF. With our pockets and stomachs both empty, we came out of the restaurant promising to ourselves never to visit it again. There are a good number of decent Indian restaurants in the same neighbourhood.I would strongly discourage people to visit this joint if they are interested to taste authentic Indian food. I reiterate again that there are extremely good restaurants both in Geneva and other places in Europe which have much better food, service, behaviour and value for money.Being extremely dissatisfied, I give this place no stars (but in practice I have to be content with 1 star).
Avoid unless youre dying of starvation. The dishes are a joke-- roti half-cooked, boiled rice with meat thrown in as biryani. One word-- awful.
Food is good, but staff is snooty and priced high
Worst service, staff just keeps avoiding taking food orders, we waited for 30min and then finally moved out, staff has lots of attitude
Great restaurant 🤙
Very very expensive restaurant. The taste is okay..
We have ordered chicken tikka masala and butter chicken with biryani rice and nan bread. Food was very delicious but pricy which is common in this country. Staff were very friendly. I have greeted the chef for his good cooking. Waiting time for food was reasonable. There were indoor and outdoor settings.I recommend eating in this restaurant.I will do when I come back to Geneve
Ok taste, but bit expensive
Delicious indian food , outside india
Rude staff, food was not fresh either
Good place and okay food
Positive:1. Got the food in 5 minutes after th order..2. Food is just OK.. dont expect much.Negative:1. Over priced2. Standard
Nice and delicious food. Run by Bangladeshi.
Poor quality. You can find much better indian restaurant in this area
Excellent Food, Lovely Ambience
Be aware they have a manipulative way of saying i don’t want you to pay via card , on the other hand , the food is good
Ok food. I would order chicken since the lamb was not so tender.
Near authentic Indian food can be found here. If not for the price, it is a sure visit to experience the spices of India.
Had some lamb and papadam. The papadam was good but the lamb was dry and flavorless. The price was to high for what we got.
Had the lunch menu, was pretty good, nothing to complain about
Overall good!
The food wasnt fresh and poisoned me.
Overpriced. food is okay.
