Very rude service, very long waiting times, mistakes in orders... food okish, I know indian cuisine quite well and this is so so... anyways not sure if worth it...

Easily accessible via public transport. Service was fast, Food was tasty 😋, not spicey. Both debit and credit cards accepted. A good place for both families as well as for Business 🥳.Would recommend a visit to this place.

Surprisingly (because of all the not-really-good previous reviews), an amazing indian food restaurant.We got a dish of pakora, two different kinds of curry, two different nans, a mango lassi, and two desserts.The food is really good, super tasty and not really spicy even for european standards. I would totally recommend the butter chicken with the nuts naan.The service was also super nice and we were treated really good.There is only one big issue. It’s REALLY expensive, even for Geneva standards.We paid 75 CHF included the 50% discount we got from “La Fourchette”. So don’t even think about going without a significant discount.

Very poor hospitality.Dont trust the offer at fork,what they show for Shahi.We have booked for 3 person at 50% but when we reached they forced to choose 3 items from each category..They were talking very rudely.The worst part was when I ask water for my thirsty daughter...he didnt listened after 3/4 times...and when I complained he said you should had ask for mineral water..The owner was such a cheap person and totally drunk,,he dont even have manners to talk..I will never go again and I will never recommend for Shahi..Never go there .

The service was very good. The server explained the dishes and recommended something really nice. However, I felt that the food came to the table way to fast. This is something that worries me due to the freshness of ingredients vs. pre cooked food.

I had lunch in Shahi few weeks back and that was a horrible experience.The Service and the hospitality was very bad specially the owener was very greedy and rude.He use to serve tap water in evians empty bottle and charges that as mineral water.The food was not looking fresh.Prices are very High.Not at all recommended.

By far, the Worst delevry experience. last night one third of our food was missing. We called the restaurant to reschedule a delevery for the food missing. The owner/manager was not helpful at all and told me to fix it myself... I felt more of a coordinator than a client. The manager accused the delivery guy to have left the food in his car, which I strongly doubt since on the phone, the same manager was able to tell me specifically what food was missing... I guess that the restaurant failled to make sure the delivery guy took all the items and lied to me to not bear the consequences of it... Food was ok, but too expensive. The answer provided by the owner on this post highlights my point (bad faith and no willingness to find a fair solution with a client).

The location is bang opposite mole station and is easily identifiable. It has good indian and Pakistani food.

Love the food here, very authentic and great tasting. Wine choice last time I went was poor, with most of my choices unavailable. Setting isnt as nice as their old location opposite the cathedral, but still a place where I enjoy to eat.

I tried to had Indian snacks while on a visit to Geneva. It has a large selection of most veg and non-veg (all-halal) North Indian dishes. I thought that many of the dishes were overpriced (probably a Geneva trend). But this restaurant would not let us order the snacks worth 25 CHF even though it was much beyond the lunch hours in Geneva. Even then we were told to order more food (this is also after we ordered appetizers and wine) otherwise they cannot process our Order. It was surprising that a Indian restaurant in Geneva is exploiting Indians who would just like to have the change of taste. We just felt wrong for the restaurant staff to ask us to order more. A person will eat that much as far his stomach allows and not just order the food to suit the restaurant minimum order requirement and waste the same. Further when we looked at other tables, the food was looking very dry, tateless.and appears to be under-cooked. We just felt that they are trying to become millionaire in a day. Our advice to Indians visiting Geneva is that they should not visit this restaurant as there are other indian restaurant nearby who are more helpful to meet the requirement of persons and not asking for ordering more food and also food is much tastier as they look.

No hospitality, we waited for 10 mins standing and waiting to be assigned a table. Food came late and was terrible. There was a hair in my mango lassi and poor sanitation otherwise as well... On top of that it is extremely over priced... 7 swiss francs for 1 garlic naan... And 7€+ for Mango lassi. Worst experience at a restaurant... I dont know how other people gave a good review.

I booked with The Fork app, it was 50% off the food. We arrived and the waiter was already rude, afterwards at the table he immediately told us that bread and rice were not included, a little surprised. Subsequently we asked for the sauces which are always free and go with the usual naan, he told us that is extra and to charge. Meal not at the top lukewarm limit cold. Very very slow service. I would like to point out that throughout the evening the server was rude / rude to say the least.

This Indian restaurant is a nice surprise, we eat very well and the service is impeccable. Many thanks to the waiter for his kindness and for the advice on meals and wine (an excellent Indian wine!). We were a big table and everything was perfect! I would stay there again.

However, in view of the latest reviews, I had to highlight the excellence of the meal we ate, as well as the accuracy and sympathy of the service that was given to us !! No one should take example from this kind of restaurant, which, even if it is not a large table, allows you to combine all the ingredients for a wonderful (and succulent) evening!

I dont know what this place to eat is like, but the experience to deliver tonight was a disaster. A third of our order is missing, the restaurant suggests that we contact the delivery person while commenting that the delivery service is incompetent, no refund offered, the delivery person does not answer. In addition the portions are ridiculous, get acquainted with lamb skewers at 25 chf (2 pieces eaten). NEVER AGAIN.

Our first impression in the restaurant was quite nice, nice setting but later it became a nightmare.Indeed we were forced to pick up the staff in the kitchen to order takeaway. The wait was not long however impossible to obtain an invoice or receipt. We had to wait 15 minutes to get a receipt. Staff speaking only English, not helpful.After eating a cold meal in the office, it turned out that the kitchen worker did not give me an account. So I went back to claim my 6 francs and his excuse was that he had no money.

We went there by chance and when at 1pm on a Saturday there is nobody it is rather unfavorable. We ordered very quickly to our non-French speaking waiter and very helpful, the dishes arrived quickly and they were very good. Certainly not the BEST but quite OK. The amount was very fair as we left full with an entree for 2, main course, naan, 1 rice for 2. We went to the bar for the bill and 2 went out for just under 100Chf with drinks. We were with the stroller and everything went well. The variety of dishes were tantalizing. When we left 3 tables were occupied.
