Taste is great but the quantity of food is getting less and less. kids meal size. Ordered one bowl and one IQ bowl which says double serve of guacamole!!! They both looks the same(except the smallest quantity of guacamole in the IQ) There are more lettuce than beef and rice, so you have the impression of a full bowl!!!!
Being from the US I am very picky about what is called Mexican food. I regularly get food from Zambrero and I love it. Recommend you try it for yourself. Youll never know until you do...

Agree with the guy below about portions and ratios. We got a couple of bowls and they were mostly lettuce and rice. I had to search for the few beans and drizzle of protein on mine, so it was pretty bland and not great value for money at all. Disappointing.

I always have an amazing experience with Zambrero. I feel so confident eating there knowing the care that they take with ceoliac orders. Best place to go if youre craving for something Mexican. Wholesome portions of all items on the menu, the dishes can fill your stomach and still keep you wanting for more..! Great vibe with the raw interiors, matched by the perfect balance of cooked and raw in each platter!!

Ordered a beef burrito with cheese. There was no cheese at all and almost no beef. Since there was basically no meat in it, it was cold. $18 for a below average and also small burrito. Wont be coming back.

Upon Victoria being locked down once again, my partner and I decided to make our way to Zamberos in Geelong West. Previously I’ve never had any problems until now!I ordered a ‘power burrito’ that’s supposed to have ‘50percent’ more filling than a regular burrito. I saw the employee filling the burritos where she filled the burritos with the same amount of ‘scoops’ (fillings). I asked her if the power burrito is supposed to have more filling and she said yes, I then asked “why did she put the same amount of filling in both burritos”She replied, “I didn’t”.I wouldn’t of mind if she had made a mistake and said okay, let me fix it I’m sorry, however she lied about it when I watched her make both of the burritos.Questioning what I saw, I thought I’d give her the benefit of doubt, upon opening our burritos, it appeared smaller than the regular burrito my partner had gotten.Disappointing Zammies!

Great food consistent with other franchises however staff were inexperienced, sub par for friendliness, and the food preparation areas were quite ridden with left over ingredients. All other zambrero restaurants have delivered on that quality aspect whereas I was left feeling that its just another fast food outlet at Geelong.
Wife ordered takeaway for us. Maaaan that was a huge burrito!!!! Delicious!

The staff that aknowleged you were somewhat polite. Incredibly inexperienced and as such serving sizes were less than half that of other zambreros branches. When i questioned this politly i was made to wait then told it would be extra cost for more without even looking at my food.Quality of food was ok.
So disappointing!!! What ever has changed in last month or so isn’t good.Staff didn’t know prices for extras nor did they explain the extra charges as they were been added

Missing items from uber eats order, store says uber will refund yet now have to go out of our way to order elsewhere. Driver insists he was never given missing item so store never provided it. Im sick of restaurants doing this were paying for something you need to provide it a purchase is a contract and I have requested not only refund of the missing item but also the fee for delivery since the order wasent provided in full. I cant complain about the food we did recieve but am absolutely sick of incompetence and failure for anyone to take responsibility.

Mexican food created using the Subway method. Plenty of ingredients to choose from but all in keeping with the Mexican theme. The end products have never disappointed and always tasted fresh. If you like Mexican food I doubt youll be sad that you ate here.
Got a super burrito - which is pretty much a normal sized burrito. I got it with lamb, of which there was barely any. It came stone cold. Not very interesting flavours. Quite a disappointment for $23.
Best boritos from a fast food franchise! Vegan and vegetarian friendly. Massive sizes. Fill you up very well. Decently priced. Would come back again for sure!

Went in today around midday, they were getting absolutely pumped with orders. Two disgruntled people waiting in the like complained to the staff even though they could clearly see they were doing everything they could. I got to then go to the front of the line after the others walked out, the girls were very polite and efficient. They made a perfect burrito and it was thoroughly enjoyed 👌

Outstanding customer service. We ordered through Deliveroo and missed a phone call from the team informing us they ran out of beans. When we received the food we had a hand written note to apologies and two extra serves. The food is amazing and the service is even better.
I am a regular customer at Zambreo. Love their Burrito bowl. My concern is around the inconsistency in their price. For an IQ bowl, sometimes they charge me extra for a little bit extra dressing (despite of being overpriced already) and sometimes they will not.It should be consistent either an extra charge always or no extra charge. I anyways think looking at your prices, a little bit extra dressing should not at all be charged for.
Paid $15.50 for a Vegetarian bowl only to find out when I got home the trainee staff member and his trainer who served me didn’t even put the vegetarian filling in it. All I got was rice, beans lettuce and some measly toppings. Totally ripped off and won’t be going back. Make sure you check your meal before walking out the door because I wish I had of that day.

Nothing ever seems to be wrong with Zambreros, always enjoy everything I get from there and the staff are knowledgeable on items (which is good), I also love the plate 4 plate at Zambreros, it makes me feel a bit better about possibly helping people in need somehow.
Very clean, suburban Zambrero. We waited a while to be served, and the food was relatively basic, like any other Zambrero restaurant.Very good vegan options, including BioCheese and plant based “sour cream”, both at a small additional cost.
Very friend staff and meals made exceptionally well. My partner and I eat at Zambreros weekly and this store has been the best so far!

Great food but too pricey. A couple of small extras brought my powerbowl up to $18.90. Ridiculous. This is why I dont go more often. I would have thought around $15.00 max would have been more acceptable.
I was having a quick snak. I walked in and found the counter where i suddenly felt it. A crushing feeling of dying babies in a ninja blender. I looked to the light and was amazed at the 2000000 lumen light bulb. I couldnt deal with this again. I may not return to this place ever again

Delicious and fresh. I had the quesadillas and a burrito and loved the lot. Im not sure if its healthy but Im pretty sure it has to be better for you than a bigmac. Imagine subway but instead of a bread roll they make you delicious things like tacos and burritos!

I rate these guys a bit higher than the other Mexican franchise chains. I think the flavours are better and fresher. Like any of these places, it depends on who you get on the day. Also, the music is always a but too loud.
