I always have a tough time recovering from the stress out on the body whilst training I suffer with Doms on a weekly basis, recovery methods varied… needling , massage, cupping, as well basic recovery methods flossing , stretch and foam rolling though nothing has provided me with the relief of freeze therapy “cyro”This was a new experience for me though my body experienced instant relief.Yes it’s cold , though totally worth it.Highly recommend.

Yes its cold, but felt very refreshed aftwerwards, the following 2 days noticed the pain in my hips and lower back ive had for months had pretty much disappeared. Will definitely return.
