Worst shop out there. Gave me a used old product and I had to travel back to the shop wasting my time and money to change it as they didnt allow me to open the package until billing although there was no taping or anything on the box(it was a PC UPS). They could have just opened and showed me but they didnt. Be careful if you plan to go here as they may sell used product as new ones.Although they changed the product when I went there again, their attitude towards customers is pathetic.

And the manager was too rude. Not even worth of one star. Money minded morons.They dont have any knowledge about the computers.My personal recommendation is dont buy anything from this shop

Very poor customer service. They didnt come forward to exchange a product that was within the warranty period even though the bill was with us. The reason was the product was duplicate one. Even that one star shouldnt be given but no other go. Please make your decision clear if your are going to buy a product from this store. Overall rating in my point of view is 5 out of 100 because I was away from sweat due to a fan there.

This is the only place in Coimbatore where I visit for all my IT hardware needs. The products and services are reasonable charged and are of good quality.

Very very worst service and unresposible persons including their owners, till the time to purchase a product they will speak like sweet, after that if u come for any compliant they will cheet you, they will not response you, they will barging like street dogs.... cheeting bleddies....

Pls do not take your computers here - they did all sorts of experiments with my laptop for a week and wanted to replace the mother board, when infact there was only a loose contact in the display. I fixed the problem at a fraction of their quoted cost at another service center.

I went to the shop asking a model of laptop. They said they have it... I didnt make up my mind to buy that laptop..but as soon as I named one laptop...they brought it..and booted it in my name...at last they asked for a high price ...I refused to pay that excess amount...then they said this laptop is booted in your name and you have to buy this...which ultimately they made me to.i am really disappointed with the way they treat their customers
