Worst service ever...they are so greedy that they will take your laptop for repair and will say it will take 1 hr..then they will keep u waiting for 4- 5 hour and still keep on saying we are repairing your laptop...while repairing others laptop...they did this to me..in the end i have to take my laptop elsewhere..they wasted my whole day.....it was half an hour job...it have to just replace my briken laptoo screen...and they mad me wait while day, and still did not do it in the end....I recommend if want to save your time, money and energy...go elsehere...or go nehru place...😡

Universal Computer is very good seller of Refurbished Laptop and Desktops in original conditions, they have huge stop of multi-brands laptops in their warehouse, i like Amit Bhayya nature, he is very supportive and polite person in customer services industry.

Very poor experience with this shop. The main person who i think is the owner must be illeterate and dont know how to talk to customer. He didnt told me anything before replacing internal hard drive. After that i asked him more about the information he said it is second hand. Bunch of loser i must say. Never go this place ever. If you want to waste your money and time you can.

They told me that they have the product which I want but on the same day I immediately gone there and they said they dont have .
