Mr.Avinash patel is a good scammer and cheater. He will talk very nicely until we pay the 100% advance. There after he shows stars to you. He will not respond or deliver the pcbs. He looted money and now saying he had loss for developement stage. So he is not willing to deliver the product or refund. I lost my money. Please be aware of this comapany.India mart also blocked this company Dwarkesh Electronics.Please dont waste your expensive time and money.

Experienced a very bad customer service, extremely disappointed

Irresponsible person. Places order on 22 March but not completed till today and no reply on calls or whatsapp on all mobile numbers. Quick reply when taking order but after receiving money they will not reply for order related inquiry.

I wish i could rate negetive. That what i have got in the name of service was just calling them for followups. They dont recieve every single call from you after paying money. As it is the wost ever service.Aslo they dont return the rest of the material and you have to forcefully followup to get it back. Some of that is not returned to me yet. Also the payment is in advance so they had packed the parcel that it damaged in the coureer. So please dont have service from here as you dont wanna get disappointed. Thank you.

Wish there was zero rating available.After placing order and making advance payment on 22nd Jan, the representatives suddenly stopped answering our calls. On extensive follow-up, they shared a dispatch slip. When we enquired courier company for status, they informed that they never received such parcel. After days of follow-up, company made an excuse that they had dispatched but retracted the parcel 1st - because they printed wrong boards and then it changed to that they had sent to wrong person. And since then we have been just promised the various different dates of dispatch sharing images of product claiming its done. However till date no dispatch details are shared and not sure if they ever will.If you are willing to invest extensive time for product which you may never see, go ahead and reach them. But incase you are looking for professional service provider, please avoid this company.
