Not value for money product softlife R for retail. They charge much more than the market rate n if u dont want to take AMC they block ur software which they said , was buyers after paying ₹12000 at the time of purchase. Then u have to call owner for ur rights n then they unblock it after getting very bad response from employee. N now i have to change it after using only for two years which is waste of the money that i have earned through hardwork. Mr.Hiren is a polite person but the company needs to work on AMC policies n Charges.PS - Buyers never take it for granted that u have to pay AMC every year after purchasing software. it is like if u need u buy n u dont need u dont buy the way we did with other products like vehicles n many more. There are other software companies which give u this option n if u need them u just have to pay their onetime visit charge.
