I underwent a cataract surgery here last week. My biggest concern was the safety aspect amidst the COVID situation. But I must say, the highest safety standards were followed and social distancing was very well maintained. Every visitor was given a mask, face shield, sanitiser etc. Each and every member of hospital staff were fully covered in PPEs at all time.Coming to the surgery part. My general belief was that costlier the lens, better the result. But Dr. Tejal explained how this isnt true and the optimum type of lens depends upon an individuals eye conditions and requirements. Subsequently after my initial tests, I got operated on a Friday. As Im a patient of high sugar, special care was taken for that. Post surgery, I was able to leave in half an hour. I regained my vision in 2-3 hours.Moreover, my wife and my son also underwent a LASIK surgery with Dr. Tejal and the results have been excellent.All in all, it was a smooth experience and I can gladly recommend Tej Eye Center to everyone.
