Went in there to fix a sound issue on a laptop. Representative couldnt fix my sound and tried to charge me 100$ for it. After I called him out he actually started yelling at me, a customer! 0/5 will never go again yuck!Ive never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life.

I highly recommend JL Computer Services. I dropped my lab top yesterday and cracked the touch screen. Jack took a look at it right away and provided an immediate solution to get the laptop function again, for free. He quoted me a very reasonable price to have the touch screen replaced when I decide. Most places would just say I need to replace the touch screen without giving me the option of a work-around. I will be using JL Computer services for all of our computer repair needs.

My son’s laptop required a repair on very short notice before travel for an out of town summer internship. Jack was able to perform a same day diagnosis and repair of the laptop for a very reasonable price and it’s now working good as new! I bought a computer from Jack with parts we had discussed. I have had it now for months and it was one of my best choices as a consumer. What others said about Jack being there for you is so true. The machine is great and the follow up support could not be any faster or more courteous. Great service and helped me troubleshoot errors with a brand new gaming computer I had just finished building. If I could I would give more than 5 stars. Wonderful pricing and great suggestions on how to bypass problems as well as fixes for minor things I was unable to figure out

Called in for a DOA notebook, explained the symptoms, dropped it off, and had the problem diagnosed within the hour and a replacement part ordered within the day. Great turn-around time and communication. If your computer needs real internal technical support, I would definitely recommend you call for a diagnostic here.

Very friendly, professional, and fast. Had to get a new hard drive for my laptop, they went over the pros and cons of each option, and it was done within 24 hours. There isnt a ton of stuff to buy on the storefront so its really mostly for repairs.
