Very disingenuous subscription service. The content itself for the course is solid enough. The tutors have clearly been tutoring for these courses for quite sometime and have their content down pat. However, the pricing structure is messed up. Monthly, youll pay $75 for a certain amount of coins. Based on the amount of videos and worksheets put out by the tutor, you might need to spend money on more coins just to receive the whole of your course content. At the end of the month, youll pay another $75 for your tokens to replenish. Additionally, THE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES DO NOT STOP AFTER YOUR COURSE. Make sure you make a point to cancel your subscription after your course is complete. Ive been charged an extra $300 for the monthly subscription on a credit card without noticing it. The company will not pick up the phone or return my emails. I cant even logon without getting in contact with them because Ive deleted my Facebook and that appears to be the only logon option now. Very disappointed in Study Edge for taking advantage of students with their subscription service.

For the amount I pay a month, especially in these times with COVID, I would think there would be more effort taken from in person lecture reviews/tutoring/handing out packets, to making sure their online delivery is strong. Also some of the tutors try to be more funny than necessary and its honestly distracting and annoying.The way they completely take away tokens from your account when canceling your subscription is frustrating. And if you forget to cancel your subscription a day before, they wont refund you! The tokens dont roll over either. It just feels like a way for them to get more money from busy students.I could also add that Ive been using study edge for a while now and my expectations are stronger than when I first started using their services. A $50 monthly service is a lot and with COVID happening, I wanted to feel there was some online compensation from the absence of their in person services.
