Can not give zero stars here...so giving one star...After sells service is awful...purchased original laptop battery of Asus from here and it was not working properly after 6 months of normal usage, so returned back to them. they said you will get the new product within 8-10 days. Later on they said it will probably take 15-20 days . It was acceptable that replacement takes a quite long time ...Now its almost 1 and a half month gone still they are not giving any updates about the product...Whenever I call them they use to tell me it will take time, we will update you within 1-2 hours and they didnt even calle me back for a single time for the product update....!!! I tried calling them more that 7-8 times in this period...so, Think twice before purchasing any item from here...!!!Now Latest update after calling them is ... They are saying that Asus India sent them the wrong battery, So again they are sending it back for the replacement...So it would probably take 8 more Days again...!!!Stay tuned for further updates......!!!The latest update is the guy provided me the Lapcare battery(After two months) for my laptop(Which is not the original one), giving the reason that courier delivery boy has misplaced his products so he purchased the new one for me and provided me the compatible product. if he receives the lost products then he will give me the original one too...(And i know that never gonna happen...).As i mentioned above his first reason was Asus sent him wrong battery...now second time delivery boy misplaced the battery...(How strange)...After two months I received the compatible battery from him...!!! I would like to update here if he follow his words and provide me the original one in the future....Ill update it soon...!!!Last update....yet to receive the original battery. And I know I wont.(more than 6 months gone).Think twice before purchasing.
