Place is great as a residential area. Nearby shops for daily needs add to the pros. The complex has swimming pool,gym,basketball court, badminton court. The only thing that lacks is a football ground.

Arguably the best society in Phursungi. It is huge and some of it is still under construction. Lush green, amazing 2 and 3 bhk flats with good construction quality. Offers great value for money in terms of renting house. Good for both bachelors and family. It has 2 club houses which have 2 swimming pools, 2 Gymnasiums, multipurpose hall and amenities such as Table tennis, Pool, Chess etc. Club house is very well constructed. 24*7 running water available.I would say it is probably better than any society in Magarpatta City which is quite costly and have no such amenities. It has beautiful big parks with swings for children, there are tree houses, volleyball court, cricket field and what not. I have been living here for a while and no issues have come up apart from its distant location from hadapsar area but if you own a vehicle that is not a big issue. Everyone visiting me has praised the society very much. SP Infocity is at a walking distance from the society. Overall its worth living in.

This is Kumara Park fursungi. There is a mistake in the name . The society is really big. There is lot of greenery. Elevation of building is also classy. Colour combination is very good. Facilities are extra ordinary. Club house is ultimate. Childrens playing area is also very good. Internal roads and security service is the best

I love this society. Here all the facilities are available.f facilities like gym, swimming pool, paly ground for cricket and football. Also there is basket ball ground. Indoor game are also there like pool, tablet Tennis and many more. And every festival are celebrating in this society. There are also garden for small children and also for Senior citizen.

Superb place!! I live here since 4 years and I am in love with this place! They celebrate all festival, do Cultural events. No complains. Well maintained society with beautiful green and clean environment. No less than a city itself. Supermarket is easily accessible. No worries. :D

Not sure why this is named as Vaidya here, this is Park Infinia society. Biggest in Pursuing area, when I say biggest means it is really spacious, interior pathways, flats etc. Society have almost all amenities like park(multiple), swimming pool, cricket, basketball and tennis courts.

Its a lush green society with lots of trees and greenery around. Big society with very good amenities such as club house with indoor games facility,swimming pool,facility for outdoor games,lawn etc. All other civic amenities are nearby. One of the best society in Hadapsar area. Lots of option for childrens to play around.

Good and big society. However entrance is not a bit maintained and the road is completely not there near the entrance. With in the society only things of concern is lighting during the night, I.e. current lighting is not sufficient for such a big society which causes quite darkness in some areas of society.
