Quite the selection of very hard to find liquors! Plus a surprisingly good selection of everything else. Friendly staff and a clean facility with nice decor.

Excellent selection in non-alcoholic IPAs, other non-alcoholic beers if Odouls doesnt do it for you as well as CBD sodas! With the Leadville 100mi run next weekend, my go to is Unfiltered Art n/a IPA and CBD soda! Friendly and funny staff!

One of the best local liquor stores around. Good beer selection and more important to me, their Whiskey selection is top notch. I can find stuff here that i cant find at Applejacks. And the prices are pretty good but their specials are wonderful!!!

Cashier was extremely rude! Overall a pretty limited selection of wines too. Would recommend going to Antler Liquors instead - better prices and way more selection. We just went here after shopping at Whole Foods because it was right there but next time will make the effort to go somewhere else.

Not very friendly, shop elsewhere. We share a second home with family in Silverthorne. Not up here a ton but try to frequent Basecamp when we are up here. Went in over 4th of July weekend to buy some beer and check on their whiskey selection. They have had really good selections in the past. I asked if they had any Weller (not likely, I know, but doesn’t hurt to ask). I was told no. I then asked if they had received the Weller CYPB recently as I know there had been a release and the same guy said “pro tip, if you want allocated whiskey, you have to come in a buy more than allocated whiskey”. Not exactly how to treat customers that try to come in and support the store when they are nearby. Really disappointed as the commentary was not necessary. We walked out empty handed and went to another liquor store. Will be buying beer/wine/bourbon elsewhere.

Was in 12/8/20 and used a $100 bill for my purchase... turned out to be 2 $100 bills stuck together but I didn’t notice. Awesome employee found this out for me and handed me back the extra. What a wonderful store! Everyone was incredibly helpful and they were very well educated on their spirits. There was a great selection with some that were unique to the shop. I would absolutely revisit next time were in town!

The team at Basecamp are second to none! They’ve won “best of” in Summit Co for a reason! They have a great selection of hard-to-find craft beers, wines and spirits and their prices are super competitive.

First time purchasing something in a liquor store in over 500 days. Forgot you need to show ID! Was looking for non-alcoholic choices, and Jim was thoroughly knowledgeable and an all-around great guy. Recommended a non-alcoholic gin called Seedlip.

This is always my first stop when I come for a weekend in Summit County. The craft beer selection is fantastic — and not just Colorado beers. Was shocked to get some Russian River brews this last trip. The staff are very knowledgeable and love to help out and make suggestions.

Went in to pass the time and see what the store had to offer. Was helped by a super knowledgeable young man (I think his name was Ryan). He helped my partner and I find a wine for us to try, and it was amazing. Definitely going back to check out the other recommendations he pointed out to us when we visit again.

Excellent selection of wines, including imports from Spain, Italy, France, Australia and New Zealand. They can quickly order something if you dont see it on the shelf. Prices are great! Make sure you join their club....it resulted in excellent credits upon each return!

Nice clean warehouse style store but not actually as great a selection as I hoped... but the prices were about as marked up as I figured based on location and skeezy stuff like selling things in singles at 3x price instead of 4 or 6 packs.I have not been in but once so perhaps il give another go with visitors who are less frugal and picky... this store is about solid selection right next to your whole foods stop, and for that it is fine.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to learn more about the industry. They have a great selection of wine. I try not to go here, because it is a bit more expensive than some of the other liquor stores, but the staff makes it worth it when its convenient.

I have been looking for a specific Sauv Blanc for 2 years. I mentioned it at basecamp liquor store and they were able to get it for me in less than a week. I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service here and found my new favorite wine store!!Thank you again!

Second time I go to for their promotion sale and second time they turn me down saying they dont have such promotion going on. Its just a bait to lure you in. Their service is mediocre and a bit unfriendly, I think they are only nice to their regulars. Go to FILLON RIDGE LIQUORS and youll find better brands at better prices with better service

This place was decent as a pretty good selection of wine hard alcohol and beer I like it its right next to the Whole Foods Market so you can run into both of them almost at the same time pretty convenient

Bought some local gin and bought some exclusive makers mark private select bourbon. I then used local raw honey to make a simple syrup by simmering and stirring 1 cup water 1 cup honey until fully dissolved (5 min) and then added the syrup to the bourbon in a separate container and then rebottled it, IT IS PHENOMENAL. Ive made honeyed whiskeys using various honey and whiskeys from around the USA using rye, Tennessee whiskey, Kentucky bourbon, even various single malts along with different varieties of honey and I have to say this bourbon and this honey is easily top 3 batches Ive ever made (out of over 50 batches). I will buy several more bottles of this bourbon to recreate this amazing experience.

The location next to Whole Foods is good, the selection is okay. My big complaint with Basecamp is their pricing. Ive been in twice and most likely will find another option for purchasing beverage items solely because of their high prices. Their selection is the same as every other beverage store. Their pricing is excessive perhaps due to location.

Great change of pace for liquor stores in our county. Here you have room to walk around a large selection of alcohol, beer and wine. Unlike most of our usually cramped, packed, small liquor stores with limited selection around the county, Base Camp has lots of room and lots of selection! Plus build your own 6er with a large quality selection of beer.

I was lucky enough to have Shevi Rashidi, Josh Van Der Meer, and Ryan Gellar expand my taste to something I can be proud of. Whether youre spending five dollars or a few grand- the name says it all.
