I can not recommend this store. Prices might be okay, however if you need support you are lost.Bought a projector (best in class) after 2 months it was not working properly anymore. They asked me to send it in and wait 2 months for the device.Funny thing: Support told me to get a second projector which I can use while the other one is being repaired. Furthermore, she said, I would then also have to opportunity to use the second device in case the primary is not working anymore again.This is just ridiculous. If I could I would give 0 stars.

Absolutely horrendous customer support. I ordered an MSI Motherboard from this company, which worked well until it didnt. Once I started having issues with the board I sent them an Email which they answered pretty quickly, asking me a couple questions. All other emails past this point were simply ignored. Once I got tired of sending emails I called their support line where I was very rudely told to send the board back. I sent the board back around the 20 March 2021, after having told them that due to the pandemic and online schooling I would have to buy a new one to replace the one I was sending to them, asking for a refund. While I wasnt told outright I would get a refund I was given the impression thats what I would be getting. After OVER A MONTH they send me back a package that looks like it has been used as a football. I emailed them about it, again, ignored. Once I got around to calling them they once again told me to email a different support line, while being very condescending and rude. I still havent gotten my money back, probably lost a good 2 years of my life thanks to the stress of this process, and will never buy another product from the terrible company again. Please, for the love of all that is good, stay AWAY.

Horrible warranty serviceI started my communication with the store in 2016, during this time I made about fifteen orders, not only for myself, but also for friends.Everything was always excellent until it came to servicing the product under warranty.To begin with, I purchased a video card at the end of 2017. She served for about 22 months (with an official guarantee of 36 months).It was fully operational, with the exception of the fact that one of the three fans stopped working in its cooling system.I created a request for a refund, they leisurely sent me to the support service after almost a month and sent the code for the return.I sent it to the store (in a complete set, as I bought it), after receiving the store, they wrote to me that the repair would be made within 14 days.Almost a month passed, they sent me the video card back.After receiving it, she did not work for a week and simply stopped turning on.I again sent a message to the support service, they again began to ignore me.After 15 days, no one answered me, I manually generated a return code on the site.This time I also sent the video card in full (the video card itself, a box with documents, various accessories and plugs for slots).This time, the repair period was also designated as 14 days. The circuit board is also slightly deformed.I did not expect this. This repair was definitely not made in the official service center of the video card manufacturer.It seems that her whole period, as much as 68 days, was thrown to the floor, scratched, and not made repairs.And then they sent it to me, after having robbed the rest of the contents of the box.After that, I only had negative impressions of the warranty service.I just don’t understand where the store repairs.The first time it was enough to change only the fan, but in the end it was not clear what they did after which the video card completely stopped working.Although it worked properly for 22 months.The second time, they did not begin to repair it at all, they simply replaced it with a similar product that is in a disgusting state.

Extremely disappointed by Computer Universe. They have no respect toward they customers. Run away from them !! I placed an order for a motherboard and delivered it via DHL. Never ask neither the return nor the refund to anybody. Nevertheless it was returned. After 7 phone calls to customer service, Computer Universe do not care about me and they do notaccept that I reiterate the order with the same pricing conditions. I, a customer, am the fall guy...

Foreigners, dont order there. They dont reply to emails, and when you buy something through their website which is in English, and you want to return it because of course it is not as expected, the RMA procedure is not translated at all, just in German, and the form is so complicated compared to other return procedures... It is a shady company that you cant get a hold on over emails and phone, that should already be fixed. An update on the website is long overdue too.

Unresponsive support, they put items in stock in the website and after promising delivery in max 2 days, they send now and email saying they dont have stock actually and you got to wait. I bought a power supply from the online store and it stated 3-5 day shipping. 2 and a half months later the item arrives. I requested reimbursement or partial reimbursement of the shipping costs and ComputerUniverse refused to do anything further about it. They may be a great company locally but if purchasing from overseas do not expect much support unless you are a native German speaker.

Very disapointed so far about the customer service.I initially placed an order for a coffee machine and after 48 I have received the money back, no explanation why my order was cancelled.So I have tried it again and placed another order for a different coffee machine. WORST CLIENT SUPPORT EVER!I was a business client in Germany. I ordered an extra 3 years guarantee and assistance (HP Care Pack). Since July 2020 Iam trying to make use of it. I first sent an e-mail to them. 70 days later they replied with a wrong information. Since then Im still contacting them. After hours waiting in the phone, they always say someone will contact me in 2 days. Since July 16th 2020 Im waiting for assistance.I heard many companies had the same problem.
