Really friendly staff, and good source of cricket. However its touch and go, one guy gave me the correct amount of crickets and they stayed alive for awhile. Another time this girl gave me only like 30 crickets when I asked for 50+ and 1/4 of them died pretty quick.

Petsmart is great. I have a 8 mo old pitbull and she loves it there. Its helped us socialize her so that she is better behaved in public. She loves the treats and the birds and guinea pigs are her favorite.

I love this place. I take my daughter here to look at the animals. There are birds, turtles, snakes, fish, frogs, spiders, hamsters, dogs and cats. I save a lot of money by not going to the zoo!!

Normally they would get an overall 4 or 5 rating, but now I give MANAGEMENT/CORPORATE a 2 (The staff get a 4 only bc they keep a very clean store, have and are following covid protocols and all the staff there are always friendly and helpful).I have a cat.Alhough the Company has added more nutritious lines like Petco, I find it frustrating that management decreased a considerable amount of cat products, changes out some products rather often, and then rearranges the shelves more then any store Ive seen! If they want to cater to dogs only then do it since 2/3 of floor space is for them already.Unfortunately, I dont go there much anymore bc of their pet bias and I hate hunting for the same product bc of the reshelving. I primarily shop at Petco now where all my animals are covered and I know I can count on product placement staying put. Also, I find that Petco has more trained and knowledgeable staff about the needs of your pet. PetSmarts management has always lacked in that area...at this particular location. I would suggest that the they sen their Department Heads to training and seminars to keep them and us informed and current about our pets.Thank you.

Very mad that a fish tank that I bought there broke..And cant get my money back for it because I lost the receipt. Please do not buy a fish tank here..40 gallons spilled in my living room..

Friendly people here. Not as big as the other ones, and they dont always carry the frozen raw food my dog loves and will ONLY eat. They do always have cute dog clothes though. And friendly staff members.

Pet smart not having to many treats for the dogs

I usually have a decent experience with getting my dogs nails cut but lately Ive been hung up on multiple times before even having the opportunity to hear someone answer. Its obvious they pick the phone up but then immediately hang it back up. Ill find another groomer.

So many items to pick from. Everyone at petsmart was nice and helpful. I love going there and I will continue to go back to get my pets what they need.

Found an abandoned kitten who was near death. My wife and I immediately came to the conclusion we had a new member of the family. Went to PetSmart to get everything we would need and k ew there was a vet there who might point us in the right direction with her care. Was disappointed when all they would do is offer to schedule a appointment. We would of been happy just knowing how old she might be. Was immediately reminded that PetSmart is about profit margins, not animals, or what they mean to us... No matter how new to us.

Ok place lighting in the shopping area seemed dim, made it harder to shop. Many things out of stock but still had many selections with moderate to high pricing.

Fast phone response and quick with suggestions. My chinchilla was sick and in need of special nutrients. The staff helped me track down the product. In this case, customer service saved a life.

Didnt find what I was lookong for but this store is always clean. A bit pricey for me but a good store.

I love pets mart but they Cary a limited supply of things and it take days for it to come back in stock like the pee pads

All the groomers and bathers in the salon are excellent with my fur babies. Everytime we go in, they thoroughly go over everything theyre going to do during the bath and grooming. They also suggest various products to use to help prevent bad hair or skin on our pets. Theyre always so helpful and friendly, I wouldnt of going anywhere else. They also have special days where they have discounts for certain breed that need extra care, and it definitely helps save a lot. Make sure you always make an appointment because theyre so popular its crazy! But they can always accommodate you as best they can.

I took my dog in for grooming and anail trim. I was talked into a 15.00 upgrade that would allow shorter nails and smoothly rounded. It is all a scam. The job done on her nails was as usual, longer than should be and straight cut with sharp edges. My bill was 47.00 for a bath and their special nail treatment. It was a total ripoff. I have been a customer for the last 15 years and I will never set foot in another PetSmart store. When I talked to the manager about their service and covid customer restrictions, I got a bored look and a shrug of the shoulders. The store is the west Shaw location in Fresno. Avoid like the plague.

Curbside pick up is easy and convenient. I place my order online and it is promptly ready for pick up. Sometimes the online inventory is off by a bit and items are cancelled but they adjust the total and it hasn’t been a real problem.

Customer service was outstanding and very fast. Employees were knowledgable and enthusiastic. Will definitely come back.

Parking lot is always clean and always friendly service. The prices are a little steep, but they have quality items. The only issue I have is that it always smells like piss. It is a pet store, but a few of the others dont have that smell.

If anyone sees a kitten named Morticia here today, that was my little foster kitten! She was found on Ventura and Broadway downtown trying to cross the street. She is the sweetest kitten that went from feral to perfect. Please take care of her and thank you PetSmart for taking in rescues!

Long check out lines.Workers seem to be friendly enough.I Google the best flea&tick and Frontline was #2. $$ as usual, Wal-Mart was higher. WowAs for me, next time Ill buy the #2 Frontline.The number 1 product doesnt seem to work well on my terrier.

I am always impressed with the staff at Petsmart. They are very helpful. they make me feel like anything is possible. If I have a challenge they give me a suggestion or solution, or a suggestion that is a solution!

Long line with one checker....every time I seem to go in, theres not enough checkers...Whities never seem to have that problem..Im doing a little drive from now on....Whities is locally owned also....

I took my puppy for grooming here for the first time. I asked for her ears to be cleaned, and I wanted her coat tight (short) and this is what they gave back to me after nearly 4 hours. Absolutely horrible. And on top of that, she was extremely thirsty by the time I got her back to me, meaning they probably werent looking after her very well at all.

Its a good pet store and I love that it has an adoption center.

The person that is in the center of the store in an enclosed open area, was far less than helpful and seemed not to be interested in helping anyone. The selection of goods also seems to have diminished 50% in the last year.

Went to the COVID test place by there.

The manager is super rude. She came out from where ever she was with an attitude right away because the girl at the register called her to get help for the exchange i was trying to make. Drove 30 mins from my location to go there for my turtles aquarium. Manager was very unprofessional. Will be going to another place instead.

The store wasnt very busy. One of the employees sent me on a goose chase. There should be a list of where things are so they can look items up and help their customers. Or if they dont know maybe ask another employee who does know.

Scheduled nail clipping. The scheduler was very helpful. Didnt make the appointment as my dog got sick and was at the vet.

My dog had a grooming appointment and when we got him back we noticed that he had a flea on him. We know for a fact that he did not have fleas because we are very careful about those type of things, luckily we noticed noticed that he had them. This made me wonder how the dogs are placed and treated when taken in the back.

Mask required. No outdoor line. Still allowed pets. Long line inside that needs to be shaped better into that open walk in area. Everyone was in the first aisle then into the main aisle. Social distancing wasnt easy.

Love this place my puppy completed her six week training here and did such an amazing job will be bringing her back for her next 6wk course soon

The employees act like Roz from Monsters Inc! No one there has a passion for pets! So grumpy! The used to care about pets, but now they couldnt care any less.

I’ll never take my dog for grooming again. I told groomer my dog was a rescue dog and gets excited sometimes. She threw a leash on her and ask me to give my dog to her (I was holding my dog) and put the dog on the floor holding the leash while trying to pick her up. My dog growled and I was denied service. Groomer never tried to talk to my dog while putting on the leash or while taking her from me. This is a 4 yr old chihuahua who has been to this salon on many occasions. It was the groomer not being compassionate or understanding of my dog even after I communicated she we a rescue dog that had been mistreated. I have patronized Petsmart for over 20+ years buying dog food and the grooming salon with the many dogs I’ve owned. My dog is also a Banfield client and I have never been denied service there.
