I’ve been going to lifetime optometric for two years now, and I am very happy that I switched to them. Their staff is great at what they do and very friendly. They use the most amazing cutting edge technology to help provide the ultimate in eye care. They have amazing selection in their frame department and the service after getting several pairs of glasses has been top notch. (I couldn’t get used to my new lenses last year and they remade the glasses until I was happy with them). The final kicker, they make Maui Jim sunglasses with my Rx and they are amazing!

Friendly and helpful during my 1st visit. Charged me 170 for frames that costs 101 to 113 everywhere else. Look for better prices for your fames before purchasing that this location.

My doctor of choice is Dr Hamamoto who was recommended because of her sense of humor. Staff have always accommodated my need for adjustments and let me know upfront of my costs for glasses/frames. Yes, I could have gone elsewhere but I value their service.

With Covid 19 still around I was hesitant and nervous to go- but all was sanitary and I saw staff spraying disinfectant every time someone left a chair. My temperature was taken and I had previously taken my own O2 level. I’m VERY careful. Good job!

Love Lifetime optometric! Greeted with a smile and everyone is so friendly. My Dr explained everything and explained each step. I purchased sunglasses and the gal (sorry!!!! Wish I remembered her name! Sophia??) was So patient as I looked! She was the one who suggested the sunglasses (Tom Ford!) I finally bought. Not only that, but she checked on some other frames I had seen about 6 months ago. Unfortunately they were discontinued-but wow! She checked with the company. I did not ask her to. Great experience!

Lifetime Optometric has been absolutely amazing for me and my family! Their customer service and “bedside manner” are spectacular. My five-year-old son and I had a wonderful experience and especially since it was his first eye exam in a couple years. At this exam they identified he has astigmatism and found the perfect prescription for him. He is so excited to wear glasses now! I highly recommend.

I recently moved to Fresno and went to Lifetime Optometric based on the good reviews I found, and I wasnt disappointed. I had a 9:30 appointment and was taken to the back after sitting for only a couple minutes. A wonderfully pleasant young lady (Stacey) did some standard tests and then took me to a room where the doctor would perform the remainder of the exam process. Dr Hamamoto came in literally within about a minute. She was SUPER nice and did an excellent job of explaining things, walking me through some images they took, etc. She didnt seem hurried and did an exceptional job of answering my questions. She then took me out and introduced me to a lady who gave me a financial breakdown of what my insurance covered, helped me choose frames, make a payment, etc. Overall it was a pleasantly quick yet thorough experience, and I will definitely be returning again. There were a lot of happy, smiling faces there, which I really appreciated.

Dr. Hamamoto is very thorough & explains all procedures that were done. She covers all possible problems that can be diagnosed via the eye examination & reassured me as a client that everything was doing well. I have been seeing Debbie, the optician, for years & she is very knowledgeable about what I like with regards to my glasses & style. Plus she knows how I like my lenses & notifies me about any deals that are happening. She explains thoroughly what my insurance covers & breaks down the additional expenses so I can make a decision based on what I can afford without feeling pressured to make a choice one way or another. I told Debbie last year that if she retires, I will have to find someone else as good as she is as she is very personable & never makes you feel rushed. Both are very competent in there jobs & really pay attention to the clients needs which I appreciate.

I specifically came here because I wanted/needed alternative glasses that would fit my face. I dont have a big nose bridge. In the past few years I went to different eye professionals who have treated me well. But I never was happy with my selection of eye wear. I decided to try Lifetime Optometric for my eye exam and purchase of eye wear. No issues with my eye exam, felt welcomed. They had a good amount of plastic frames that fit and looked well on me. The eye technician was fairly new and took awhile to ring my total. She was very nice and friendly and I was ok with it. I wanted the total to be accurate. I cant wait to receive my new pair of glasses and especially looking forward of them not slipping off my face. Would like more selection of the TC Charton brand, since thats the brand that fit me the best. I will definitely keep coming back
