Just moved out on 04/29/2021. Worst community ever! Stay away at all cost! First of all the apart had roaches. They did multiple treatment but the roaches keep coming back. Second of all I was charged ridiculous Amount for cleaning and top of that for carpet cleaning as well. All this after I kept the apartment quite clean. I have lived in 5 different communities in Fremont and no one has ever charged me for cleaning. The rents are high enough already to cover the cost so they they have no right to charge people for cleaning. They are just ripping off people who are moving out. Shame on them for doing this. Stay away! There are way better communities to live in the Bay Area

A year ago we came from another country. have chosen this apartment. then another manager worked, very pleasant. We liked the apartment itself. new appliances, clean house. the walls were thin and so were the windows. the biggest problem is the neighbors. there are also drinkers there even during the day, walks around the yard with a bottle of alcohol and at night screams at the top of his voice. or some guy in his underwear can come and sit on your terrace, drunk. my children and I were constantly scared. my husband was very worried when he was at work. there are also neighbors who are friends with families in our apartment. other children are not allowed into their circle. hurt children and raise their hands. and the manager and management of this apartment can do nothing. I do not highly recommend this apartment to families with children

This place is nice but its just to hot sometimes and the apartments are small

How great management. I called and scheduled a live video tour one week in advance. they confirmed that appointment with a call back on the same day. Now I am waiting for the facetime call for the tour and they are 40 min late. No one picking up phone call at the office.Great job driving new tenants away!

As a Marinite, I actually felt comfortable visiting here; this is not-so-much on The Wild Side

I came to take a self guided tour at the woods and Deepa nothing but professional. She helped me with all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to speak to her

The apartments are a little on the older side but management is doing their best to upgrade facilities. They often host holiday themed events for community members to get to know each other and will actively address your concerns.Maintenance tickets are quickly resolved and staff take care to be out of the way.Price is extremely affordable for the area and is close to a number of convenient things like a large park and super market.

The woods has the most kind manager And staff during my 3+ year stay.It’s a quite, safe place to stay with good price.The reason I move out is because there is huge dog upstairs in the last year. I couldn’t sleep well because the walking noise and barking noise.

The new manager is horrible. No good communication or information to residents. Permitted towing company to tow residents cars and residents had to pay through their nose to get it back. Dont live here.Did you just say you towed the car because its inoperable and that they issued a notice a WEEK before? You are also telling lies to gain public justification for the inconvenience and difficultiesyour action put your own residence into.Thats the only car I have, how is it inoperable?

One of the worst leasing members they can’t explain to customers properly. They been so arrogant to people who living in this community almost one year.

My favorite part about living here is that all food delivery can NEVER find your unit because there are no street names. Its right in the flight path for SJC. You can also hear everything your upstairs neighbor does. Overall its a very pretty establishment and they maintain the appearance very well.

They deal unhuman while doing my clearance. Nit only they didnt return my deposit but harged 1200+ additional.

I’m currently resident at this place. won’t recommend this place. They are not friendly. They do pest control 8 times in 1 month. We planed family get together 1 month before. Same day they reschedule pest control on the same day we try to ask to change the date but they won’t reschedule but they are reschedule from some other day to that day.. I called leasing office about this may be her name Lisa, she is rude on me!!! Really I won’t recommend this place, please any one don’t get into problems.I’m giving one ⭐️ because if I put ZERO ⭐️ It’s not allowing to post that’s why...
