Maybe don’t cancel an appt on a missed call. I tried calling back and everything after being without AC for weeks and there was NOTHING they could do but schedule me a week later.
When a schedule a services of my refrigerator they give my the date after 2.5 months, and on the day of services the technician canceled the service and they were giving the date after the another 1 months so I end up paying - $400 for a small service in those 4 months which they did not perform. Now when I want to Cancel my service they are not letting me Cancel, and customer care is keeping my on hold for hours and they disconnected. There is no email ; no online communication where you can log a complaint or communicate with the company. WORST SERVICE.
I have been paying for service contracts with BGE Home for several years, but I will never use them again. When I called for my routine service last fall, I was told I was too late and had to wait until spring. Then Covid hit and they wont do routine calls. Last night my AC broke. When I called this morning to get it fixed, I could not get an appointment until tomorrow. It is going to be in the high 90s today. Tomorrows appointment window is anytime after 7:30 AM. All of this is totally unsatisfactory.
Great service and great prices. They advise, but dont hard sell you products
I stopped service with BGE who was paying BGE home. Months later I received a past due notice from BGE home. I called thinking it was a mistake just to be very rudely told I have to pay it anyway. They werent servicing anything during that time so it wasnt costing them anything, but they still expect me to pay.
