This morning Brian Warren and his assistant did a great job servicing my heating system. They checked everything thoroughly and helped me adjust my thermostat. I have a difficult to reach exchange vent, but they persevered until they were able to get the filter in place. Very professional and courteous.

I have been using Warner Services for almost a year now to service our commercial business. I met with Barry the president of the company who provided information about the services they could provide. We decided to give them a try and since then things have been going very smooth. The technicians are all top notch, extremely knowledgeable, very professional, their communication is out of this world. If I ever have an issue, I know I can call Barry and he will take care of it. Our experience with Warner Services was great. Our AC system needed to be replaced after 12 years. We called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a new system (furnace and AC). Steven Bassler came out and explained all our options and helped us to pick the best system for us. He was very professional and through . His technical team (Levi and Matt) replaced the furnace and AC and spent time with us explaining the features of the new units and provided an overview to the smart thermostat. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was great and I would recommend Warner services to my friends and family.

Had our semi-annual furnace and A/C check up scheduled for this morning. Received a call the day before saying that it would need to be changed to the afternoon because of a heat emergency problem. I bought a house that had been a rental property, and the HVAC hadnt been serviced in a while. Brian came out, and he was great! Our thermostat stopped working at noon on one of the hottest days of the year. By 4:00 p.m., it was fixed. Kudos to Kelly in the office and to Brian, the technician, for getting us back to a comfortable temperature so quickly.

Daniel did a thorough job with our furnace issue. He arrived in the afternoon and took his time thoroughly checking out our system rather than rushing through to get an early start on his weekend. I was impressed with the quality of service and straightforward approach to fees. This was the first encounter in a long relationship with this company.

Of course my air conditioning went out on the hottest week so far this year! We called Warner, since we have been very happy with their plumbing assistance.George & CJ were able to come out after waiting four days (lots of us in the heat!) They quickly assessed the issue and after returning to get the necessary parts, were able to get my unit running in about ten minutes. Both men were professional and efficient.My only issue was that after quoting me a price under $500 they charged me for the time to get the part from their warehouse, as they were out of the necessary part from their truck and my bill was $52 over the under $500 quote.

I really like Warner Service. Whenever an emergency HVAC or plumbing issue arises, Warner is the first I call. Really like the service, prices are reasonable, but they do a bit of selling that is a bit of a put off. They still get 5 stars for the quality of the work, reliability, and prices

We are the new owners of a home with a heat pump. We wanted to set up a service contract with Warner and have the AC serviced. Cody Call arrived timely and was very efficient and professional in servicing the AC. Kelly and Steven Bassler responded so quickly to my ac breakdown recently. They went overboard to ease my stress and had a new unit installed in 2 days. The techs that arrived promptly on the given day: Levi, Stephen and Matt were so pro, efficient, and friendly to my 2 dogs and took them into account with every move they made, keeping the backyard gate closed, and checking the dogs whereabouts before opening any doors. Levi patiently explained the touchscreen wall unit and all cleaned up so well: you’d never know they had been here. I love my new ac unit; I was looking for a sweater before they left and my thermostat was set at 72. Warner’s is so reliable and hire only the best!

Tom Sauvage and his helper Matthew Hugi came to evaluate our water heater and plumbing system, they were efficient, honest and took the time to explain things and demonstrate how to maintain equipment in the future. Called Warner to have my account r conditioner replaced due to it not working during the hottest part of the summer. They scheduled and appointment, gave me an estimate and installed the Trane heat pump in a timely manor. The install crew was on time, very knowledgeable, professional and curtious. They got the install done in one day and the vent cleaning done the next day. It was a joy to finally work with a company that does its own work and stands behind its work. I would recommend Warner for any of the work they do.

Have had such an awful experience with this company. We purchased a heat pump and ac unit from them back in 2012. When we made our purchase we also bought an extended 10 year parts and labor plan. Every time we have had something go wrong with our units the company comes out and says our extended warranty doesn’t cover the issue. They then charge us an outrageous amount of money to fix our problem. We had a technician out here for probably 15 min max and charge us $219. Would never use this company again.

On December 12, 2019 we received a HVAC maintenance call from Cody and his assistant. They arrived on time and were extremely polite and courteous along with being knowledgeable. Unfortunately, we needed Warner Service this year AGAIN - this time for a new hot water heater after purchasing a new Heat Pump earlier in 2017. Fortunately, they delivered the excellent service we take for granted at this point. A technician even drove up to Hagerstown (a 2 hour round trip) to retrieve a unit so that we’d have hot water on the same day of service. We’d recommend Warner without reservations.

Please, do not use these people. I needed a plumber for an emergency and I did not know what I was getting into. A kitchen faucet replacement, $465. I had all of the parts needed. Cannot recommend Warner/Frederick AT ALL.

I will never use warner again. I called in the morning because our water was completely backed up. They did come out and were very nice. They fixed the problem temporarily for a hefty price of around $900. To actually fix the problem I needed to get an estimate on a sewer line to the street since mine was cracked due to roots. The guy came out and then never got back to me. I emailed them multiple times and he finally answered me about a month later saying that he was on vacation and it was the cities fault blah, blah, blah. This all happened in October of 2016. Tomorrow will be march 1st of 2017 and I still have not received an estimate or an email saying they cant do it. I guess they dont like making money. It shouldnt be my job to constantly be checking up on it. So we will use another company that came out that day and gave me an estimate within 24 hours.

First of all, we’ve been customers for more than 30 years... and this is the second HVAC system at our primary residence we have had installed by Warner. Obviously, if we have used their services this long, we are very happy... This year, however, has been exceptional. The year started with an installation at a family home maintained elsewhere.... a 50year old gas system at a weekend/vacation home was replaced... efficiently, professionally, timely... perfectly!Most recently, though, our primary residence system was replaced...the entire Warner team was amazing... our original call was for service...Cody, the technician, came, assessed the situation, explained in detail the issues..... I can’t say enough about how polite and professional he was! Based on his assessment and our conversation, he connected me with the sales team... Jason had worked with us over the year with the other house, and Steven was able to come by, and worked on a proposal... the very same day. .. He said I’d have the firm proposal that evening... AND HE DID! He worked thru until approximately 10.30 pm to deliver the proposal.. staying true to his word.. wow! We accepted the proposal early Friday morning, and were told we could expect installation sometime in the next week... (anticipating a very full house for the holidays!) Monday morning, Matt and Stephen showed up for the anticipated 2-day installation... it was cold, snowy and icy.. they worked straight thru, finished the installation and clean up by4.30pm!I cannot say enough positive about this company! 30 plus years and they just keep getting better and better!This time, from trouble call to new installation was less than 5 days!And every single representative of the company treated us as if we were the only people they had to work with..... I am super impressed with the quality of these folks.. the professionalism is truly unsurpassed. I really am at a loss for adequate superlatives... Thank you!

Been using Warner Brother maintenance service for my heating and cooling system for many years. Corey White is a return technician who is always courteous, informative Im very helpful in reviewing the system and its operations.

We signed up with Warner Service Plumbing & Heating for our regular AC/Heating maintenance and other plumbing work since 2004. We also purchased a new AC system from them. They are excellent in every category. Kelley is always nice on the phone and does a great job on scheduling the services. All the technicians are great but the two standouts are George Aitken and Stephen Beaton. They were here today and we were extremely impressed by their work. They spent extra time answering our questions and checking the AC unit to make sure it runs at its best. They did more than the routine maintenance. They went the extra mile to correct all our problems and get our unit at peak performance. We are very thankful to them. Having Warner Service to take care of our HVAC system is one of the best things we have done for our house.

I will never recommend this company in the future, i had an after hour service call because by toilet was backing up and over flowing, darren house was rude on the phone and appeared to be upset i had called him out or maybe it was because he knew i was having a sewer issue, he unclogged the drain line with a snake going through a clean out above my toilet, it took him less than 15 min. and my bill was over 1100 dollars, i asked if there was anything he could do with the price considering no material used and spending less than 45 min. from the time he pulled up to the time he left, he emphatically said no, that monday i called the office to see if there was anything that could be done, josh never returned my calls and i had to repeatedly call him to check on the status, i waited over a week to hear from him, josh never had the courtesy to call me back but just simply emailed me stating there’s nothing they can do, mind you i am a previous employer of warner service off and on for over 7 years, this company has really gone down hill and the new management is severely lacking in experience and needs a complete overhaul, please use other companies that are not knowingly ripping you off

When we called early on a monday for service. they said they would get back to us, they refused to take down the make and model of the equipment. When they called back they said it would be extra because they were busy and we had to pay overtime rates, it was a rude lady who was not knowledgeable. Customer service was poor, They never answered their phone it always went to an answering service. A simple replacement of a indoor fan motor took more than a week. They said it would be 2-3 days to get the basic part. By Friday they never called, we had to call on Monday and prod them along. It cost over $1000.00 just to replace a 1/3 hp blower motor

Tom and CJ came out to perform an annual inspection of our plumbing. They were professional and respectful. They reported their findings and provided suggested improvements on our old toilets.Jeff Shields and his associate also came out to perform an annual inspection of our HVAC. I mentioned that I had heard unusual noises from the outdoor unit and it was taking longer to cool the house. He performed additional tests and found a leak in the evaporator. Jeff gave me an estimate and would schedule a time to come out when the new part arrived.Both teams performed their jobs very well and I learned some new things about the HVAC and toilets. Thank you for your time.

The service man was very punctual and professional and spent all the time need to service the unit and replace a component that was failing. I will continue to pay the higher prices at Warners because they are so worth it and do it right the first time.

Knowledable techs that is IF they arent so busy that it takes a week or more to get them to come back to finish the repair. That has happened on several occasions. Their rates are also definately on the high end as well. If you want a large company that prices their work to reflect their large overhead, you cant go wrong with these guys.

Corey White came to my house to repair my hvac/propane system. Its a Trane unit that Warner installed about 7/8 years ago. I had a backed up water drain line that was leaking (he also cleaned the system). Corey was professional, polite and explained what he was doing. He arrived promptly and handled the problem. Ive had Warner Service to my home before and never had any issues. They are good company to deal with.

My air conditioning unit stopped running in the evening and when I called, a technician called back and advised the that the after hours rates would be much higher than the normal rates, so if I could, I should wait until the next business day. I called at 7:30 AM today and asked for a technician to be sent because our air wasnt running. My window was between 3:00 and 6:00 PM and the woman who took the call made no mention on rate differences during this window. When my technician arrived, he found nothing wrong other than the filter needed to be hosed off and proceeded to charge me $290.00 to do this!! He told me that I was being charged after hours rates because he came after 4:00 PM (again, this was NEVER mentioned when I made the call in the morning). His words to me were this: The company is looking to make money. and You should have been cleaning your filter. Ive experienced poor customer service, but this is by far one of my worst experiences ever. We made a mistake going with Warner; this is the second time in 3 years that the system stopped working and the first was due to an electronic breakdown.
