If you want the groomers to groom your dog, be sure NOT to disclose any medical conditions as you will be refused service. We have been taking our dog to this location for 3-4 years (same dog, same medical condition the entire time), and we were REFUSED service for the first time today.They play it off like they have the best interest for your pet, while we have explicit instructions/directions from our VET and our position was explained thoroughly...sounds more like they are overbooked and LAZY.WILL NEVER send another pet to be groomed here, NOR will I ever purchase anything from this location again.

Very hard to schedule an online appointment; and they also dont have a groomer on site, so they usually schedule you for like a month later. This is not what Im used to from the PetSmart in Hopkinsville, KY when my hubby was stationed at Fort Campbell... at that store, they did have groomers on-site, and scheduling was super easy to do. Jacob at the Franklin, IN location has a super friendly and cheerful personality though!

3 nice clean store very organized friendly service I only went in and got Benji a tag with his name on it for his collar and a bag of dog food... Prices were a little high but they had a variety of choices of food cat-and-dog clothing for your animals, leashes, dishes you can take your pet in so all in all it was a good experience... And the pets enjoy it to....

They had a good supply of stuff there and the customer service was nice.

This store kills its animals. The level of animal neglect was appalling. The humidity in the gecko and hermit crab enclosures was the same as the rest of the building. The dried out crabs were hanging out of there shells barely alive (picture included) and I watched a gecko try to peel off its dry molting skin with a piece of wood. Last time I was in the store I I informed the per at the register that the crabs tank was dry. Ive been here before but its never been this bad, but I cannot give business to a pet store that neglects its animals. The substrate was as dry as sand.

I scheduled my dogs for grooming and get a call 3 days before the appointment and asked to switch the appointment to the following day instead. I say that is fine and change my schedule to reflect that. I get a call the very next day saying We have to change it back to the regular day. Without much of an apology. I agree again, assuming theyre a bit unorganized. Then I get a call at 7:30 in the morning the day of the appointment stating that the groomer called in sick. And that she doesnt know when we will be getting in. There is no other groomer? We basically waited weeks for this appointment just to be yanked around and cancelled on? Yeah we will find another pet store for all our needs. Very unorganized and rude.

I bought bird formula for my babies. It was much more expensive than Chewy, but I was almost out. Please do not buy birds from any pet store! Find a breeder. Oh, I am not a breeder! Their birds are not hand raised and are frightened of humans. I bought two here back in October. I had to rehome them since they were too frightened to interact with my other six birds.

This location treats my pup well during her grooming appointments. They have several cool toys and always have our brand of dog food stocked. The staff is friendly and always check on me if theyre not very busy elsewhere.

Will always go to the greenwood location after my experience at this store today!! All employees were not helpful at all and they did not care to listen or help my daughter with her questions with trying to start up an aquarium. Cashier again was very pushy and not helpful, was more concerned with what he was doing.

Went to petsmart in Franklin, IN and had a great experience from staff and got a 36 gallon tank with stand that was mislabeled online and issue with stock in store. Tje manager and his boss where able to work with me to get the tank and stand that didnt originally come together. I am very happy and want to thank all staff involved. I will highly recommend this company and location to anyone.

Fish guy was very friendly, knowledgeable and not to mention funny! He made sure the fish we picked out was healthy in all ways and even suggested I want on a couple that the tank was being treated for ick in.

This Franklin location is wonderful!!! I almost went back to the Greenwood store when my neighbor told me to come to the Franklin store. Im glad I did. The associates here are extremely helpful and actually want to help. When I would go to the Greenwood store I would always have to search for help. Thats so annoying. Franklins Grooming dept. is also great. Much nicer staff. My furbaby Bella loves to come to Franklin. Everyone loves on her so much and you can see her big smile. Shes so happy at this store. Well always come back!!

I bought a kong Frisbee from here. I have a border collie that loves Frisbee. He tears up a $15 Frisbee in one night if I leave it out. I got the kong 2 months ago and it still looks like new! It flies very well and has to be the most durable rubber Ive ever seen! I highly recommend this product and this store! I came in to get flea collars for my cats. I took the card for the ones I chose up to the counter. The worker told me they were out of the ones I wanted and gave me a different brand (I can’t remember the name because I threw the packaging out). Fast forward three days both my cats had chemicals burns underneath the collar. It was so graphic and horrible. I took them off as fast as I could. I’m never shopping at petsmart ever again. That sounds super cliche to say but I’m so enraged. I stopped myself from going back to the store because I would’ve yelled all sorts of profanities.

Watch your receipt. My friend went there and didnt know I was getting points. He did NOT give them a phone number and the clerk put someone elses phone number in and that person got the points. The clerk that I talked to said that happen all the time. I made them do a return and charge to my number so we got the points.

We adopted a dog from indianapolis animal services and they are partnered with PetSmart so adopted animals receive a coupon booklet to shop at PetSmart. All the pet parents have to do is show the folder from the adoption, however when we went to the Franklin Indiana PetSmart to receive the coupon book their manager on the evening shift and his employee both argued with us. Then took our dogs adoption papers with him and finally came back with the booklet. Then had the nerve to say he remembered us coming in with our cat and getting the cat book for him as he was also adopted. After trying to accuses us of lying about the two companies being affiliated. Then we were checking out and bought an orthopedic dog bed which rang up wrong and the worker accused us of lying. Then she accused us of trying to steal a 99¢ tennis ball. Completely unprofessional and down right rude.

Bought my little buddy here he is a Albino Leopard Gecko he is adapting well to his new home. He wont eat his mealworms but he eats crickets like crazy.

I went to get some Goldfish and the guy there was very helpful and polite. Went and got what I wanted quite fast, no waiting time. I recommend it.

It was a great experience. The cashier was fantastic. He explained the Halloween sale to us and helped us checkout. We ended up with a giant 16 inch bone, 19 toys, and 3 buckets of treats for only $20. And we earned over 250 rewards points. Amazing service and we will definently be returning.

Bought a Green Parakeet from Petsmart. It was honestly the best looking pet store I have seen. Not a wide selection of creatures. But at least they had in stock what I needed. I will surely be visiting again.

I bought 100 small crickets for my bearded dragon and a heat bulb and spent more money than if I would have went to uncle bills, and uncle bills crickets dont die after 3 days, (yes my crickets are kept in the proper environment)

Every time I go in here, the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. They have an amazing selection of food products and pet accessorys. Everything was clean, neat and organized so well. The pet sections were you can buy or adopt a pet are definitely a great addition to the store to. If you have any pet needs, this would be the place to go!

Took my mini poodle there for grooming and we are very happy with the service

This store is nice. Its clean amd well stocked. We have gone there several times for all of our pet needs. We went around Christmas to get a hamster and they had some nice sales going on. My daughter cant wait to go back and stock up on toys for the little guy.

We have taken our dog in there twice now. Because its more convenient for us to take him there. We had taken him to multiple places and had his nails clipped many times before. No one else has ever complained about him. But for some reason both times we have taken him there they say that he tries to bite them. He has never tried to bite anyone ever. Hes a puppy, hes hyper, hes happy. Hes not dangerous, hes not a biter. The only people that have ever said he tried to bite them is the employees cutting his nails here. They must be the problem. Dont tell me my dog is mean and not finish what we asked you to do if the problem is you. Oh and the second time we took him there we got back to our vehicle and his tongue was bleeding, drilling blood all over our vehicle.
