Dr Syeda is extremely professional compassionate and kind. I’m very happy with the service provided.

I have known Dr Tausif for 12 years . She is very caring and compassionate and her service is of the highest quality. The reception staff are also always accommodating and helpful. I can’t recommend Dr Tausif highly enough .

Big sign at the front states it is bulk billing but false advertising charged 40$ on medicare and was told 21$ will get returned. Just a emergency visit . Not going again.

Dr Syed you are a joke of a doctor. Went in with ankle pain issue , guess what ? He didnt even look at the area or feel the area as I had long pants on , and then proceeded to provide me with a medical certificate and prescription medicine that I didnt need ? How did this guy pass his medical exam ? Stay away at all costs or see another doctor.

Not a good experience with reception. Waited over and hour for our appointment. When we asked what the wait time was, our response was Im not the doctor, I dont know. Unorganised and not willing to help.

Newest GP practice in Franklin that bulk bills!Went here for a lump on my neck.The Dr was very polite & comprehensive, ordered bulk billed blood test & thyroid ultrasound which i had done in Gungahlin since they don’t have pathology there yet.Thankfully nothing is serious!Very happy with the service here & will definitely come back for check ups.

I have known Dr Tausif since 2013, she’s a very good doctor with many years experience, very caring doctor and good with children. She has helped me and my family for many years nowI recommend seeing her very happy with my experience

Franklin General Practice it’s one of the best medical Center that I have been.Receptionist always friendly and kind, Dr Tausif always so respectful and helpful, very caring doctor definitely I’ll recommend this General Practice and the Medical Practitioners.

A bulk billing practice, just for seniors and pension card holders (Despite the bold ads and signage of bulk billing).

45 minute wait. Really dont have an online booking schedule if you cant come close to meeting it..... or at least ring people and let them know.

Doctor was 70 minutes late, apparently its normal... and the place was dirty .. very unimpressed

Just be aware, they aren’t bulk billed.. they say they are when you called them, it’s only for the people who have health care cards or private health care
