Nolan the manager is Great! I had an incident happen where other guests were welcomed but not me by Chloe and Nolan handled the issue effectively and efficiently! This issue could’ve easily been a sour situation! Also shoutout to Logan great customer service!

I was having trouble printing a poster for my classroom online, I came in with it on a jump drive and had it printed in no time, special thanks to Bradley in printing 👏🏼

I deal exclusively with this location for all of my computer needs and I can’t possibly say enough positive about Bradley and the crew there in the computer department. The level of professionalism and knowledge is above and beyond anywhere else you will find. Trust me, if you are in need of a computer visit this store. By the way, everyone else here is equally friendly and helpful, including management!!

I’ve gone into this Staples twice and the customer service was amazing. The first time i was looking for a particular ink refill for my fountain pen that I was unable to find on my own. The second visit I was looking for a new laptop that would meet the requirements or exceed what I needed for work. The sales representative that assisted us Justin helped use find exactly what I needed and assisted us with a few other purchases. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, which helped us decide to definitely deal with staples for our office needs more often.

I was on live chat with Kyle and he was answering me quickly and efficiently. I had just ended a 17 minute chat with Office Depot that kept putting automated replies that didnt even make sense to me. I felt like Kyle was a real person and cared to solve my issue! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - and for that, got my business!

Theyre very helpful when you need to find a product. They recommend products if youre unsure of what you need. I learned that they dont sell kapersky Internet Security anymore because they interfered in the last election.

They, like other stores, have started selling those worthless protection plans. This in its self wouldnt bother me so much if they were not trying to cram the thing down your throat. Sales person was told no once after listening to his pitch but then after he rang up my order, by the way a measly 30 bucks, tried again by going back into his pitch. Its almost like they get into trouble if they dont sell a certain number of them. If thats the case shame on staples for pressuring sales associates into pressuring customers. They get much worse and i will switch to online shopping at amazon for what I need.

I now reside in Sullivan, Il. It is approximately 50 minutes drive, each way, to the closest Staples in Forsyth, Il. I needed ink cartages for 2 of my printers. One is a Epson, and the other is a Dell. To save me a trip, in case Staples didnt have my cartages, I called the store to make sure they had what I needed. The salesman put me on hold for 6 minutes, then told me they had the ink cartages for both printers. So I drove there. I found the ones for the Epson, but I could not find Dell ones. I asked an associate where the Dell cartages were, he replied that they dont stock Dell anymore, but I could order them online from Staples. The Dell was the one I really needed now, but was going to get the Epson since I would be there,anyway. Needless to I am really upset for the entire incident. At this point you just lost a customer of about 15 years. Most of my past purchases were at the Clearwater, Florida store on Sunset Point Rd.Gary MerittSouthern Projects, Inc.

Got the ink for my printer I needed. Could only use 1 coupon that Stsples sent me.
