A nice hotel before Sonamarg across the river. Rooms are nice and spacious but the best part is the bed. It is super soft and comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice with amazing hot water in an instant.Food taste is nice but dont expect great variety. They serve kind of simple basic menu. With the prices they charge, I think they can definitely offer more variety.The owner Mr Altaf is personally involved with the operations and is there to help you always. Will definitely visit again with another group.

One of the best place to stay in Kashmir. Beautiful hotel with breathtaking view. A walk near the hotel makes you feel like you are in heaven. High quality rooms and high quality service. The team actually goes out of the way to make your experience amazing.

Had a solo stay at Sultan, as I was stuck due to some health issues and had to defer my onward journey, I must say they were extremely brilliant, very caring towards my health issues, I felt I was being taken care at home. Lip smacking food, extremely personalised service, and like a heaven in between of hills all around. Kudos to Mr Altaf, Gulzar and entire team

No such hotel close to River sindhVery friendly staff, basic room but had everything you need, clean and tidy and good value for money considering the central location and the fact this is THE sultan resort. Had breakfast delivered to my room and it was absolutely fabulous. They called to ask what I would like and delivered beyond expectations.

Have not been to this hotel but have got multiple recommendations for the stay. It has the scenic view, big rooms, mouthwatering food and housekeeping staff is generous. Would highly recommend the place for the stay.
