Not bad for a smaller shop. Reasonable stock

This Carrefour has notoriously bad customer service. We have been shopping there every couple days for the last several years because it is so convenient but we try very hard to avoid it if possible. The manager has never smiled in all this time and all our attempts to establish a close neighborly relationship have failed. The junior staff however are usually normal, very nice and helpful.

Prices are expensive and selection is limited.

This carrefour express is close to my house and I love it :). I can stock up snacks, some pastries for breakfast....The most amazing thing I found out is my favorite yogurt in this Carrefour is the cheapest 😍😍😍😍. They sometimes have good deal like 89¢/yogurt (actually I stock up my yogurts during that deal time.....). They even have my favorite chips and of course my favorite wine bottles are all available here with good prices 👍🏻

Large carrefour express with a great selection of goods and a friendly staff. Great to stock up on snacks, fresh meat or bread. I’d recommend this place for anyone staying close to it!

Good shop for small shopping. Cheaper than the small ones in the old city, but more expensive than Coop a few hundreds meter from this place. Not to wide range of products. Fruits sometimes are not fresh. Ive been there a couple of times.

Quick stop in lots of neighborhoods for groceries and other necessities.. and some not so necessary items. They sell Sardegnan Mirto Rosso!

A small in center supermarket, but you can definitely find a cheaper one. Although in carrefour usually you can find a bit of the special things as well, like bio products, ethnic food and kosher food as well.This small shop has laundry service too.

Kosher groceries in Florence!!! A great grocery store that stocks kosher milk and meat products. Not listed on any site but they even have signs pointing it out!

Its just fine. They have very less variety as this store is tiny. And everything in this carefour is much more expensive than other supermarkets. The good thing is that the staff here is very friendly and it isnt very crowded most of the time.

Great location, but a mess inside, boxes everywhere not easy to walk around. Every isle had obstacles. Maybe the workers should try to always keep a path free to walking as they unpack. They just throw all the empty boxes on the floor which makes the shopping unpleasant and impossible for elderly and mothers with children in a stroller.

A decent kosher section. Its important to know that you can get a few types of cheeses, and a couple of types of meat (salami), and wine, and even some vegetarian burgers and cous cous /rice (need to be heated up) - besides the standard kosher section foods.

Well supplied in the center of Florence, I would say recommended for 1 hit and run if you pass by these parts stop and you will find what you need, being an express some things have a price increase but it can stay there given the central area

A large range of products in a small space. I dont buy fruit and vegetables because they are often of foreign origin but I appreciate the availability of mainly Tuscan organic products. Good value for money with added value the kindness of the staff.

Nice staff, quick and spacious place to shop. There is not a great variety of foods and they are always the same year after year. From 7 onwards, forget the bread.

Quality products that I often use: Rummo legume paste and Carrefour branded whole oat flakes. Kosher products too, being close to the synagogue

Unprofessional staff! I collect a garment that I had washed (good price), I take a bag to transport it more easily: the cashier begins to place the products of the next customer, even if I have not taken my product! The customer after me moves close to me (maybe Covid isnt there today) and tells me what a drag. Judge for yourself.

Total lack of seriousness, we set an hour to receive the shopping, they delivered it to me 2 hours later without notifying me. And since I phoned to find out when the Indian owner was arriving, she called me back, treating very badly. Only foreign staff, who do not speak a word of Italian

It is not clear to me the inconsistent juxtaposition in words against a normal market. Other reviewers offer terms like squalid and jewelery and then get robbed by hypermarkets and unrealistic bar for tourists. Mah! Instead, this is a supermarket useful, also thanks to some internal initiatives, especially for the location in which it is placed. Among the various valid salesmen, Emiliano stands out.

Well assorted products of all foodstuffs. Good choice of milk and dairy products.

It will be the global post-pandemic covid-19 or whatever, but the prices have risen more than usual ... not that before they were affordable! To be considered as an alternative if you dont have a coop nearby!

Perfect for buying water, it is a network of city stores, perfect with everything a tourist needs when visiting a city and doing it on foot. Some stores are open late and open on public holidays, which is perfect, like in a city like Florence or Milan.
