Excellent store, this store is large and well stocked. The store is clean and has fairly easy access in and out. The employees are friendly and appear knowledgeable as to products and thier locations. They have a garden department and a nice selection of BBQ equipment.

Just got our Flu shot. Got the Moderna COVID vaccine as my husband is battling Stage 3 Esophageal Cancer.

Shirley, the greeter, is great! My mother had hip replacement surgery less than a month ago and has trouble walking still. There were no motorized carts and few regular carts when we got there. I walked down to the other end of the store, where a worker was bringing in a load of carts. When I got back to her, Shirley and my mom were chatting while I was gone. So Mom was using the regular cart, but getting very sore and tired from walking, then along comes Shirley with a motorized cart! She had been looking all over the store for us to give the cart to my mom! She is the best! We both really appreciate the extra effort she put in to make sure my mom was comfortable!

Always packed which is good for the company no complaints for that just the fact no cashiers!!! We are now forced to stand in lines to ring ourselves up and pay for purchase. With that being said we are paying for their services and doing the job that we are paying them to do.

At one time I enjoyed going to the local Walmart locations in Northern Kentucky, however in the last 10 years or so every Walmart store that I have visited has gone downhill with extremely rude unattentive employees along with poorly kept stores as far as cleanliness, stocked... At one time Walmart was a proud company as I worked there in my teens but now it seems they could care less as long as people keep bringing in the money to spend.. Its a shame because I bet Sam Walton is turning in his grave with the way the stores are run from how they used to be...

Trying to get 4 tires put on my vehicle. I purchased online @Walmart...per the website, it said I could get them after 11am (ok cool).Get to Walmart auto center, and am told I have to have an appointment, and they have none for that day. Ok, make an appointment and bring the car the next day.They start taking my information about the car, then he asks me, what size tires does it take? Im like, Sir... the tires are already purchased, and here. I guess even though the guy from the previous day took my order number... that didnt flow through so...another 15 minutes wasted...So ok, theyve got my keys, they gave me this little tracking sticker...and bang! (Literally body into the automatic door).... oh wait, they now have that as in only until the guy at the desk clicks a button to let you out... only problem is that if everyone is busy... you aint getting out. So it took 5 more minutes just to go out the dang door. (Yes i could have gone around, but it was raining, and my leg hurt from a recent hospital visit).

Got our flu shots from Tara ( pharmacy tech) in the pharmacy. Quick , efficient , knowledgeable and courteous.

Very pleased and thankful for the fast and efficient help with a large safe on Friday night by associate Garrett!! From store to car trunk, he was totally professional. Impressive Walmart employee!

One of the better Wal-Marts but it is still a Wal-Mart.

I love Wal-Mart; however the shelves have been wiped out every time I go. I am a very frequent Walmart shopper, and I spend too much there. Its just disappointing when you cant buy what you need because others are tripping out and buying way too much for themselves.

As usual shelves were disheveled or bare. What I could find wasnt size needed, go figure. Couldnt try anything on because there was no employees to be found and dont fool yourselves, it says ring bell for service but they never come, no matter how many times you ring. I mean it is Walmart so you cant give them too much of a score. Also I will admit I have personal issues because a good amount of my friends have been screwed by their managers. Its not a bad place to shop or work though. Just not one Id suggest either.

This place was extremely busy. I came to get my Walmart to Walmart money pickup and a few groceries. The customer service was extremely busy and no one even thought about helping out the lady working customer service. Bless her heart she had to enter my information four times because the system kept giving an error. I could tell she was getting frustrated but she remained very professional and friendly. I got exactly what I had to have and got out of there. Too crowded for me and the customers at this location were rude.

This place has become a place that I begrudgingly visit only when necessary. I need a new phone and Walmart showed that a replacement of my exact phone would be $199.00 + tax and also stated it was available for pickup. I head in to realize they were out of stock. I waited 6 days for it to come back into stock to be charged $250.00+ tax instead of the advertised price of $199.00.This is basically a scam. Promise one price to charge another.

I like Walmart. Not an issue with the store in general but the customer service here is awful. The employees will walk right in front of you without saying excuse me or anything like that. My wife and I normally use self check and the couple times weve gone through checkout lines they threw our stuff around smashed our muffins and were so rude. Threw our money down instead of handing it to us. Just plain rude.

I absolutely hate shopping at this store. Prices never match the product stocked, the cashiers act like you are trying to take their personal savings by asking for something to be made the price advertised. The store is dirty and cluttered and I’ve never once seen a manager on the floor.

Great Walmart in Lawrenceburg is nice went to one in Florence KY. it was filth and non of the staff wanted to help. Not that way in Lawrenceburg

First time picking up a curbside online order here. Order was ready within a couple hours and pickup was a piece of cake. Done in under 5 minutes. Otherwise I have come here for the EvGo chargers here and have always have an easy time getting to them.

It took them 40mins to change my tire. I called made an appointment for after work, the same day. And it was cheap. They get 5stars from me😊

Drove here from Cincy for an item that was listed as in-stock at the store. It wasnt there and I had help from associates and a manager in looking for it (associates werent too willing to help). So the site said i could pick it up the following day with a $6 fee, but obviously that was incorrect. This is ths second time Ive gone to this store under the same premise and with the same outcome: a waste of gas and time. While i did have help in ths store, it was clear to me the whole system there was not running as it could and employees couldnt care less.

This Wal Mart should be ashamed of themselves. The parking lot is a mess. Trash and carts scattered everywhere. Walk in the store and the produce section looks like a junk yard. Trash all over the floors, shelves not stocked. Workers walking sitting around lazy.Management, do you job! This world is packed with people that want to work, that want to come in and make a difference. Hire those people. Pay your employees enough that they care and if they continue to show lack of work ethics then it’s time to let them go. Be a proud store and be the standard of stores in the local area. KROGERS in Florence is running circles around you!!

The food was good but if I knew I had to order at the counter I would have taken my grandson to McDonalds. Had ask the bus boy for a knife. I will not be going back. I will just cook at home. It was a very disappointing experience.

The women in your life wonder why you have no style... well dont depend on Walmart to have any style in their mens department. The clothing department is a hot mess with no real selections. This Walmart is kind of messy every time I go there and its hard to find things usually.. the only department that is in order of any kind is grocery. The rest of the store reminds me of a 5 year olds bedroom on a rainy day after playtime.

Found everything I needed very quickly. Even during busy periods, the self checkouts were quick and easy.

Decent for a Walmart. Things were easy to find but customer service wasnt the best but thats to be expected. They have removed the self scan price checkers though.

Pickup and delivery service at this location isnt the greatest. Out of stock items in every pickup order. Missing or damaged items in every other order, and on two separate occasions I didnt receive my delivery order at all. That being said, the employees are overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated. Do Better Walmart!

I gave them 3 stars because they had no carts available upon arrival and much of the stock was sloppy in its placement in shelving. I know there are post-covid labor issues, so I still LOVE YOU!

Well that was a mistake of going to Walmart in Florence on Houston Road. All the cards were taken by the employees that were putting away stocker items that people had just throwed everywhere. Couldnt get a part then I found the card and it had a bad tire on it but I ran it through the store anyway LOL had a hard time finding what I was looking for. Didnt have a very good collection of lamps or shades. It was a mess I will never go back there.

Supercenter There is a supercenter back in my hometown. This supercenter is 3x as large as the supercenter in my hometown. I didnt get to explore the entire building, but it appeared clean, the staff was friendly. I was able to find the things I needed, and exited the building.

Went there for baby stuff had a sale on some clothes a dollar . Store was clean workers very helpful also.

They were wonderful our tire blew and was towed there at midnight. They got us in as soon as they could when they opened and were quick to only have. Auto tech working.

This store is very convenient especially if you live in the heart of Florence. The staff here are always friendly and willing to help you. This is one of the better Walmarts in Northern Kentucky. I recommend people stopping at this Walmart before going to any other Walmart

Staff was friendly enough, but this store, like every other Walmart it seems nowadays have empty shelves. From toys, to produce, there will randomly be whole shelves almost bare.At first I was hesitant to blame Walmart for this, as the empty shelves are either from staffing issues or incoming product issues. The first of which is directly Walmarts fault. Make it worth it for people to work at your business, otherwise they find better means of making money. The other isnt directly Walmarts fault, but its another company just like Walmart. Too big to fail, not willing to sacrifice an increase in profit for there already billionaire heads.We want a modern society with as little inconvenience as possible, but not willing to pay for it.

Literally promote and train their employees to use state benefits instead of paying a livable wage

I like how the perfume case is locked without a beeper to call someone and that I have to stand in the customer service line just for someone to open it for me. It was really convenient when I was trying to get some shopping done before work.

Stop using covid as an excuse to end the 24hrs. We are tired of it. Go back to 24hrs!

I LIKE WALMART BUT ALWAYS IS AT LONG LINES AND THE CUSTOMERS LIVES THE CHARTS WITH ITEMS AND LIVE TO ANOTHERS STORES.

This visit was a pleasurable experience .Store was not overly crowded. The ladies at the register location in electronics did a really good job. Didnt have to go searching to find one when we needed help about the items we came to get. Answered our questions with spot on replies. Very polite and made this visit a nice experience.

The dressing rooms are closed, but they said I could bring the clothes back if they didnt fit. So its not okay to try them there, but you can bring them all the way in your house and then bring them back and thats fine?? Stupid.Then I used the bathroom and the toilet shot water at me when it flushed. A lot of it. It went splat on the floor next to me.But, hey! I found everything I needed and there were checkers working so I didnt have to scan and bag all my stuff on my own.

Ridiculous when not many staff are working at the checkout lines. Way too damn busy need more staff.

This Walmart was the biggest Walmart I had ever been in. I loved it. Found the things I wanted easily. Plus it seem this Walmart offered more than any other Walmart I have been in.

This is a very clean location,all the items where very organized and full . Easy to locate what we needed ,only small issue was at self check out but nothing big..just needed some help with scanning things but the cashier was alittle overwhelmed with having all the self checkouts being busy but everything else was good. We are from Chicago so our Walmarts dont have a fish area...my kids where so excited about it that we purchased a betta fish.. we spend under $10 for the fish and a small tank..seing the kids happy was worth them.

The workers were nice, but one was alittle stern. Other then that they were fairly quick at the money center and return center. It was very busy today.

Walmart is great in its own way, but Ive already reviewed a walmart and this walmart is basically the same. Lots of stuff you can get here and helpful markers to see which isle your in. Issues with vandalism sometimes (mostly in the painting isles) but overall a good place to go for mostly everything you need.

It was pouring rain in Faulmoth and there was not one single cart! Only a guy standing there saying he was sorry. Families with children and babies running in and not one single cart. The guy was telling everyone he was sorry. My husband had to go out and get a cart in the rain. I went to Customer Service and asked her if she knew there was not one single cart and I couldnt see anyone gathering any. She said she did not know but they had someone coming in at 2:00 which was twenty minutes away!

Its second in line to the Ft. Mitchell Walmart. The Florence location is okay. I would say that it has organizational issues, & it could be cleaner. Theyre trying to improve though.

This was the largest Super Walmart I was ever in. It was clean and well stocked. I found most of the Items I was looking for. The employees were very kind, courteous and helpful.

I placed an order at about 1PM yesterday to be delivered same day 5-6PM. Here we are the next day, still nothing and no update. The kicker? The app shows that all my items have been shopped.

Actually a clean and mostly well stocked Walmart with very friendly employees. I had to ask for help twice and both times they were more than happy to actually take the time to walk me to whatever I was looking for instead of just giving me directions. The section in the baby department for bottles, nipples, cups, pacifiers and such was a horrendous mess. Everything was jumbled on the shelves and the things on pegs were all piled up on the top shelf where you had to sift through it all to find anything which meant having to price check with in the app or ask an associate did help.

It was well taken care of. just hard to find a worker to ask for help.

Probably one of the worst Walmarts Ive been to. Its a mess, trashy and never stocked well. I only go to this one when I dont have the time to go to the one 10 miles away. I literally dread this Walmart, and only go id I cant get what I need elsewhere or go to thre other Walmart.

I went there 3 different times with the same result long wait times 30 to 40 mins for an associate to come back to the sporting goods department.

Had shelf stocked, had item I was looking for. Too much diy counters. Issues with scanning.

Terrible. My wife and I drove 57 miles to purchase the pioneer woman Red 14 piece knife set w/wood block. The Walmart app showed the Florence KY location had 1 left. We finally found it and the scan price was $59. A employee name Brendon came to our checkout lane and immediately said the we were not getting that item for that price. It was embarrassing and very rude. I asked to speak with his supervisor and we then waited for 45min, no supervisor, so we drove the 57min back home. I would appreciate the courtesy of honoring this item at the listed price on the Walmart app.

Average Walmart. The shelves werent stocked and had dirty floors. The people were said hello upon arrival so that was nice.

Its Wal-Mart. Loaded with employees. No staffing issued. Trying to find a basket to do some quick shopping was a pain. Every enployee seemed to have dull and blank face when asking where I get a basket..none at entrance..none at self check out.
